Avis : Residence Inn Baltimore Downtown/ Inner Harbor

Lors du départ, le personnel de la réception m'a dit que les membres Marriott peuvent gagner des points, mais ils doivent appeler le centre d'adhésion. En conséquence, j'ai appelé le service client pour dire au tiers qu'il ne devait pas y avoir de points.Je suis resté 27 nuits au total et tous les points ont été gaspillés. Je suis étonné de voir comment un si grand groupe forme ses employés.

Overall satisfied. The hotel felt safe and has a nice vibe. Location is in a less sketchy part of downtown, although I wouldn’t necessarily go for a night walk in the area. Conveniently located to some surrounding attractions like the Inner Harbor and Lexington Market. The room was spotless clean. The maintenance could be improved as there were some broken closet doors and holes in the wall. I informed the friendly staff and they told me they were aware. Other than that, well equipped and everything was there and working. Cleaning is not daily and depends on the length of your stay. However, if you needed anything you can ask and it could be provided. The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special. There was a limited, but enough options. For fresh fruits they only had red apples, every day. The bar was closed for lunch during my stay. They had a small business area with a computer and a printer for guests. The gym was well equipped. The staff were friendly, welcoming and you can tell everyone was trying to make the guests have a nice experience. I would consider and return.

房間夠夫妻兩人住宿，標準美國大床，軟床墊，室內有衞生間、廚房，衞生間提供浴巾、毛巾、小毛巾，沐浴液、洗髮液、護髮素、吹風機（不好用，風力很小），不提供拖鞋。廚房有冰箱（可製冰塊）、微波爐、電磁爐、碗碟餐具，洗碗機（含洗碗機粉）、洗碗布、洗潔精（非常好用👍）咖啡壺，提供咖啡、奶精、茶。尤其稱讚的是酒店早餐，各式麪包、漢堡、自製華夫餅🧇、各種醬、各種口味牛奶、果汁、煮雞蛋、炒雞蛋、煎雞蛋，酸奶、水果、咖啡、茶，豬肉餅、火雞肉餅、小蛋糕、蘋果、香蕉。 一共住了29天，非常愉快。

酒店位置挺好，離港口步行10分鐘可達，周圍有便利店，總體很方便。房間比想象中好，可以熱飯，不過空調聲音有些大，酒店設有自助洗衣機，對於一週的客人來説就很方便。

在這個酒店前後住了9天，印象很好。性價比很高的酒店，地段中心，風格古樸，品種雖然少但依舊一絲不苟的早餐，態度很友好的工作人員，令人有一些莫名的感動。強烈推薦。

酒店位置不錯，房間面積佈局合理，早餐很一般，補充不及時，水果基本無，排隊嚴重

位置很好，離內港很近步行幾分鐘可達。房間大，廚房裡設備齊全，性價比高。就是2天才清潔一次房間

窗户小一些、但是不影響整體入住體驗。

房間乾淨整潔寬敞，服務態度好

房間很大，還有廚房，方便。

在市中心的酒，可以做飯

價格貴了之外沒毛病
