The hotel needs maintanence

best view and ambience tapi sayang kebersihan sungguh kurang semoga kritik sy bs menjadikan hotel puteri gn lbh baik lg di kamar mandi lobby bau pesing menyengat,, di kamar mandi villa ada sepuntung rokok mgkn bekas pegawai cleaning room, kamar bau lembab, teras tdk tersapu, ada alat makan bekas ga keambil, tissue, dan rumput serta tanaman sekitar kamar krg terawat

房間應該比較老了，各種設施一般般，總體環境很不錯，離火山頂開車20分鐘左右，唯一非常不滿的就是，入住當天到的時候已經中午十二點多了，我讓前台看看房間空了嗎，空了的話，能否提前入住，前台連動都沒動，直接説必須兩點以後

Hotel bersih, breakfast lengkap ada kids corner juga utk makanan anak2 ada permen Yupi, donat, mashmallow anak saya suka. Kolam renang besar, bersih dan ada kolam air panasnya. Ada rumah kelinci, rusa. Tempat bermain anak. Pelayanan ramah. Sangat recommended.

Ok, sarapannya juga enak2, recomen, aplikasi ini juga ok bgt, hrga bersaing, pokoknya mantapp deh

酒店位於半山腰，環境不錯，離農場，草莓採摘園較近，缺點裝修老舊，設施落後，熱水供應時間有限制，感覺不是最佳選擇。

We stay here 2 Nights, The Hotel was fine and the breakfast just OK, But i wanna highlight the manager "Mr Windo" He was really know what he doing there and who was dealing with. We have problem in the room at the first day on our vacation but he give us more than solution, Five Star for him

Ratu - front desk manager did a very excellent job providing best customer services. Highly recommend to stay in this resort. Big pool, horse riding, big room , great and pot variety breakfast, great view. Walk to the back you will see rabbits, deer and fishing pond.

We are repeat customer.. The service is satisfiying. The hotel granted us room upgrade without additional price. It has a beatiful spot and nice cuisine. We plan to get back again sometime. for sure!!

Tempatnya bersih Dan bagus. Overall I really like the view and the atmosphere. The food here is also very delicious. Inshallah i will come back here again 🙏. I recommend to come here for others......

I stay at grand deluxe roomz the price is about 700k if u order it from online apps.. (+) the room is modern, wide, it even have sofa inside... the lighting is very good... the swimpool is big and it even have hot water pool on it....the temperature s around 18C, u can see fog here, it has a big space for u to walkin around (-) the shower is broke when i came here 2 day before... then there s spider web on the partition, the hot pool is way too small and i think it s only fit for kidssss, in the night the lighting in pool area is kinda bad..

Traveling with Family and 1 baby and 1 kids age 5 years old, quite difficult , lucky staff quite helpful, and attentive, friendly staff, but the building need refreshment especially public facilities, for the room grouting and sealant to redo, pathway refreshment and choices of menu for breakfast not to many choices
