The hotel is located in the center of Bandung city with restaurant facing as a front face of the hotel. The hotel has parking lot on basement and outdoor. Room has complete amenities ie: toothbrush, slippers, vanity kit, cotton bud, shower cap. Twin share price is a bit cheaper than double bed. If you don't want breakfast, better to order the hotel from market place as the hotel has the price inclusive breakfast What I find different than other hotel is they provide small bolster and a pillow, unlike other hotel that provides 2 pillows. I like using bolster. Typical budget hotel, sometimes it is difficult to call for housekeeping service, that is the only flaw. But once we can get them, service is quite fast

We chose this hotel since it provides triple room and its strategic location. Unfortunately, the lighting in the bedroom was poor. The bedsheet was less clean than we expected. We got 1 bath towel with dirty stain. It was changed upon our request. We did not use the bolster, as we were not comfortable with its quality and cover. Although the parking lot was limited, luckily we got the space during 2-night weekday stay.

The hotel placed in a very strategic location! I stayed with one of my friend and we requested for a Smoking & High Floor room. When we first came to the lobby, it was quite crowded with family guest and we waited at the couch in the lobby. Because the lobby and the coffee shop merged together, the lobby is full of people. Our room is placed at the corner, just side to side with the Housekeeping pantry. It took a while for us to search for our room due to our room is covered by the Housekeeping trolley. I can not blame Housekeeping for putting the trolley just across our door room but maybe the room configuration would be better manage by the Hotel. When we got out from the room at 5PM, there was pile of dirty towels in front of our room and the pantry is closed with no one inside. Also for the defect inside the room, our AC is making loud noises with no cold air. We had to call for Engineering to fix it while we are out. The door lamp also went off but we did not realize until night. There is so much spots on our pillow cases, bed cover and sheets. Breakfast quality is average. I wish there is more option for Beverages. For the service, I believe that the reception is pretty informative and responsive.

The Hotel has a unique lobby, even is very small, merge with a coffee shop and a unique shop. The ambiance of the Coffee shop is nice and the breakfast is good. Room clean, modern, and maintained. The aircon must be checked well, for us it is not cold, even in Bandung still, we need the normal aircon as well. Location is in the heart of Culinary and Fashion Shop.

Really disappointed with the overall service. Staff English at reception was very poor. Also my wife put in the notes clearly large bed(single bed) and when I asked the receptionist answer was Yes it is. Upon checking the room we got a twin bed instead. Which frustrates me. Next I went down ask for a manager he comes up saying no manager or I cant speak to the manager. And in the end the manager came and comes saying that they can connect the bed. I mean we booked through Agoda and there is a chat menu which you guys can communicate with the guest or at least e-mail the guest and inform them that the request is not possible. Even the manager of this place the English is very poor. So for any travelers or expats this hotel is not recommended at all. After all this issue. Upon check out we got a call at 11:15 informing us check out is at 11am. This was also a failure from the front desk upon check it to remind us again the check-out time. And on our booking sheet we already noted our check-out time. And they went on saying you got 15min to check out after that we will charge you. The disappoin**ent is that your front desk called at 11:15. There is really no flexibility or high standard of service from this place. Room is nice and everything else is nice. But overall service experience is horrible. I dont think I will stay here again. I rather stay in a hotel where the English competency of staff are up to par. And I have stayed in some 2-3 star hotels in Bandung where the English of the staff are excellent and also not as strict.
