This hotel is one of its kind - some aspects are excellent while others are abysmal. the good: 1. The staff - they were amazing, some 5 starts cant match the service level and genuine intent they display. I travelled with my 90 year old father and 10 year old child - they were excellent with both. Kind serving from the heart 2. they really try to give the guests a good experience - what they lack in infrastructure they make do with service 3. location - if you have to be in that location this place is great - good food, shopping, transportation all at easy access . very safe - I walked back at 2AM and didnt feel unsafe. 4. the premium rooms - spacious and also has a powder room which was a big plus for us. The bad 1. infrastructure - the hotel is falling apart - smelly rooms, stained carpets in the corridor, frayed towels, bird poo stuck to the window - it has it all 2. room size - we has a premium ( which was great) and a twin which was worst - the beds were narrower than a single, the room stank so much that one could not breathe. 3. I think this is a basic hotel - I did not see a gym, pool or a restaurant that served round the clock. I am not looking for 24 hr room service but not getting food late afternoon was a bummer 4. the showers - the shower mixers are weird - one minute they give out boiling water, the other min ice cold water - this was in every room - we had 3 and even changed twice in our 3 night stay. in summary - if I have to go back and stay in this locality - I would go for Greenpark across the road where the infrastructure was ***y times better for a slight increase in price.

Good location..stayed here for 2 nights..good location..good rooms.. only thing they can improve on the breakfast spread. Easily accessible location..staff is polite too. Will recommend this property for sure for business travellers.

Comfortable stay basic facilities in place a compact proerty . Hotel rates are decent not very expensive . Only had breakfast the spread was decent , all in all a property which meets the requirements .

The 2 stars are just for some staff members that are good. The major negatives : 1. Power cuts multiple times, once for a whole morning without hot water and no light and ventilation. 2. Internet is HORRIBLE - had to get data packs on the mobile phone to use. Changed multiple rooms but note that the BW is limited to the upper limit of 3Mbps - which it never hits. Imagine working or taking a work zoom call at internet speeds of 1.5 Mbps!! Reminded me of dialup days. 3. They advertize HDTV - but no HD channels! It took multiple requests and conversations with ***ager to get a few HD channels. If you wont have HD channels, what is the point of having and advertizing HDTVs?? 4. NOISE: Note that ***Y rooms are right below the three dots and a dash bar! That is noisy all the time - especially at night and early mornings. They had to give me a different room to sleep in for a night becuase the noise was unbearable. Had a 9 night stay and decided to check out one day earlier. Was not approved coz teh request came a bit late at 5 PM - which is forgivable. But the ***ger on duty was neither polite nor apologetic. He just denied most issues. For issue 1) with power cuts, I have seen soo ***y guests come downstairs and complain. Overall, the hotel has a lot to amend and apologize for. I hope they fix these issues otherwise it will be one of those hotels that no one comes back to.

Impressive clean and well maintained, mid range pocket friendly place to stay in JP Nagar Bangalore. The staff are very cordial and pleasant, and are there 24 hours. Best part is the location, its close to ***y shopping areas wonderful restaurants, and pubs serving good food. Safe for even single women to stay. Would definitely recommend.

It was an average stay. Rooms could be cleaner and the room lighting could be improved. Decent for a family trip with families occupying a floor for a short stay. Food which was linked to an external restaurant was fine. The staff was friendly.

Good hotel in a nice location. I didn't have to depend on the food or other service, but the service provided was satisfactory when I faced an issue with the WiFi. Room was very large and clean. Would definitely stay in my next visit, if required.

The hospitality is unparalleled. Highly recommended for those new to Bangalore. Mr. Venktesh, Mr. Rinku Reddy, Mr. Sethu and Mr. Bhaskar have extended all possible help to make our stay comfortable. Sincere gratitude to them.

I stayed in hotel fountain tree, j.p. nagar for 5 days with my wife and two daughters. This was a very pleasant experience. Hotel is at a good location on Bannerghatta road. Hotel ***ager Mr. Bhaskar, Mr. Rinku Reddy at reception were very helpful and accommodating to our occasional requirements e.g. extra bed or late dinner post usual timings without extra charges. Premium Room is very comfortable to live in with good amenities. Hotel staff is also quite humble. Also thanks to Mr. Kumar in hotel restaurant who was quite friendly in catering to our focus requirements and my younger daughter (8 yrs old) became quite fond of him. Overall an excellent hotel for its charges.
