It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Room was clean but water pressure was very bad. Pressure fluctuated and couldn’t get any hot water while showering… Otherwise ok. But I may stay elsewhere next time

โรงแรมมีกฎระเบียบแปลกๆ เช่นต้องมาอัพเดต Key Card ทุกวันระหว่างเข้าพัก ผมจองห้องพักรวมอาหารเช้า แต่เนื่องจากอยู่อินเดียหลายวัน เลยนำเอาโจ๊กสำเร็จรูปมาทานด้วย แต่พนักงานโรงแรมมาแจ้งว่าห้ามนำอะไรมาทานในห้องอาหาร ทั้งทีเป็นมื้อเช้าซึ่งเราได้ซื้อรวมมา ทางโรงแรมไม่สามารถ upsell อะไรได้แล้ว เพราะเป็นบุฟเพ่ต์ คืนสุดท้ายก่อนเช็คเอ้าต์ ไปทานมื้อค่ำที่ห้องอาหาร Sanadige เป็นอาหารทะเล อาหารอร่อยมาก แต่เพื่อนขออนุญาตเอาน้ำพริกมาคลุกกับข้าว พนักบอกว่าได้ไม่มีปัญหา ผ้าปูที่นอนไม่ค่อยสะอาด

房間乾淨，地毯比較舊.走道有油漆氣味。兩人房但是衛浴備品與地板拖鞋只有一組.。次日提醒櫃台但是隔天還是一組. 並不是每個插座都可以充電. 房門只有喇叭鎖，沒第二層防盜鎖。 優點 房間大 冷氣強度夠. 早餐在頂樓 簡單尚可。服務人員友善。 適合商務出差人員。

L'accueil y est excellent. le restaurant et le petit déjeuner parfaits. Large choix de propositions pour un petit déjeuner de champion. Literie très confortable, salle de bain très spacieuse et propre. Excellent choix pour fêter le nouvel an dans un superbe cadre.

Super séjour très bon hôtel et un staff aux petits soins. Le personnel est exceptionnel. Nous avons pu bénéficier d’un uprade à notre arrivée ainsi que des rafraîchissements !! Gym pourrait être amélioré par contre, mais comme on y a passé que 24 h, pas vraiment d'importance.

Hotel is located at a noce amd peaceful location. Rooms were quite spacious and has luxury look and feel. Completely satisfied with service and the staff took care to accomodate all my requests, especially Mr.Wasim,helped and guided me throughout the billing process very quickly. Everything went perfectly and would like to visit soo . Food was cherry on top, top notch taste in both restraunts.

Good service. Neat rooms, only one thing, bath tub wasn’t functional Fantastic stay! The hotel’s ambiance was elegant, with spacious, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were attentive and friendly. Delicious breakfast with varied options. Great location near key attractions. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

I had a wonderful stay at the Goldfinch Hotel in Bangalore. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The guest room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of service provided throughout my stay. I genuinely liked everything about my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangalore. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. Rating: 5/5
