Loft Bangkok Hotel(SHA ExtraPlus)

Perfect cozy hotel in the middle of Bangkok. Very new and clean, once step into the hotel smell so nice, i really wanna know what kind of perfume this hotel is using for the lobby area. The bedroom is big , beautiful set up and the bed is so comfy. Worth every satang i've paid for.. and staffs are very helpful.. Overall is perfect.. im glad i decided to book this hotel.

The staff really shock my expectations the service was up to a 5star hotel standards if there is rain the hotel staff would be waiting for us with umberalla and will help us open the door everytime we were entering and exiting. The room was good clean and comfy but the varieties of breakfast was less but i guess it matches the breakfast prices overall lovely stay and we go bck here again

Toilet bowl dirty, shower area flooded ,sunken bed can’t sleep at all , shower mixer wrong install, dangerous screw at soap holder . Dirty toilet . Bad location full of Indian and smelly back lane . Toilet paper right on top dust bin . Spoil weight machine.

Hotel is good. Clean. Room is big and full of amenities. Staff is very helpfull and friendly. They provide a buggy car to drop or pick us to main road. Walking distance to centralworld Location is quite near but have to walk and nearby lot of redlight area and Adult entertainment. But overall a very nice place to stay.

Quite far from pratunam. Bathtub was too high and water keep flowing out of the bathtub when showering, causing toilet floor to be very wet after shower. Pillows were too high, very uncomfortable

Very friendly staff, ambience of the bar at lobby is very good, cleanliness is well maintained. Highly recommended.

The hotel staffs are friendly. Location wise, it’s inconvenient compared to all the hotels I ever stayed in Bangkok, long walking distance from Rachaprorong BTS station, and far walking distance from pratunam morning market and platinum fashion mall etc. This hotel location is not famous , every time when need to take transportation go back the driver are not known this place until we say opposite Ramada hotel. Hotel surrounding with many Indians restaurants and Indian tourist. The food choices surrounding this hotel is very limited, only a few road street food here, hence we only can buy food from nearest 7-11 always. Hotel guest for this hotel is very less also. Hotel buggy service also cannot support to send us out . And the worst part was, during the stay , there is electricity cut down during mid night for almost 1 hour, whole room is dark and also the whole hotel corridor, there is no any spare light / evacuation sign board shown when electricity cut down, and the staircase with many unwanted things, the staff put candle on the staircase , it’s very dangerous. This is the worst hotel experience I ever had in Bangkok .

A nice hotel to stay. Location is quite near to platinum fashion mall and Pratunam area. Just that I’m not sure of my way to walk from Makkasan airport rail link to hotel. Trip.com says about 4mins walk from Makkasan but when I google, it’s 15mins. The service for this hotel is good. There’s even bathtub in this hotel. Just that you can hear people talking or walking when they pass by your room. The window view is a smoking area.. overall a pleasant stay.
