Good stay at Tori Hotel for 2 days stay becausr the room is bug enough than other budget hotel around pratunam market

It was pleasant expreience stay here. The staff were so nice and the room are okay, actually we were there for several nights and booked 2 rooms. The hotel near pratunam market and you could find food nearest easly. Recommended for complete your trip.

Cleanliness is bad there is ant and dust. Totally different from the picture shown

The room is relatively small as picture shown! Will be dangerous for ladies if walking along the narrow and dark way to reach the hotel! If you don’t mind the poor sound proof or you are naturally a good sleeper then can consider!

The staff is friendly and flexible Location located at a quiet alley and narrow Sadly my experience is the rooms constantly have any and cleaning is not done completely in the shower and sweeping is not done throughly. Oh yah !!! The bathroom is really small.

Our room is 841 and the tatami have alot of ants besides the beds. We even lost 2 pairs of new socks, 1 new scaft and 1 used man tshirt. We have no proof but this is the outcome. The hotel management must take a look on the housekeeping team.

Stayed at Tori Prestige Bangkok Hotel from 28/12/22 to 1/1/23. First, the route to the hotel was quite discrete and hard for drivers to drive us in. We were assigned 2 rooms, both on the ground floor of the hotel. It looks okay for the room, we have hot water as well as daily room cleaning. The cons were that the partitioning of the walls was thin and you can hear people talking clearly. The first room nearer to the lift sometimes will have cockroaches coming in because the gap between the door and the ground was big and the roach comes from the lift or toilet outside. The second room that we were assigned to was okay. There were just a few stains on the bed sheets and quilt. We brought disposable bedsheets and pillowcases, therefore it is okay. The staff there were really helpful, they will help you kill cockroaches, pass you whatever you requested and assist you with whatever you needed. The air conditioner there was cold enough also and there is a safe. There is no cupboard, but there are hangers on the wall to hang your clothes only. Overall, I would give it 3 stars. It's a pity that they have great staff but a lack of people maintaining the overall structure of the hotel. This hotel is okay for non-fussy guests.

Get a room with noise air pump sound . Room got lot mosquitos.
