Avis : Basera Boutique Hotel

I recently stayed at Basera Boutique Hotel, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! This charming new hotel really captures the essence of Nepal with its lovely vibe. It’s super clean and conveniently located near all the main attractions. One of the highlights for me was the pool—it was pristine and perfect for a refreshing dip. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast! There were so many delicious options to choose from, plus their coffee and beer on tap were a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us book taxis and even arranged airport pickups and drop-offs for our flights from Kathmandu. They also offered great recommendations for tours and places to explore. Our room had an amazing view of the mountains, which was just the icing on the cake. I can’t wait to return to Basera Boutique Hotel on my next trip!

My wife and I had a great time here at the basera.room was spacious and clean.location was good and the staff were amazing.good breakfast too french toast was very good.

We really enjoyed our few days at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, cosy, quiet and airconditioned. The food is diverse and nice. Breakfast selection is small, but good. It is located in one of the best locations in town, centrally located between main sites like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, and the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the latter. The hotel’s pool, spa and gym are also recommended.

The hotel is very nice , location quite difficult but it’s ok . Food very good and the buffet also. The staff at the restaurants , lobby are very attentive and helpful However I think could be good to train also the FM , cleaning staff to smile to the guest are around , they don’t even look at you to the face or answer back after good morning greetings from me to them, it’s small detail but make big difference with the guest.

設施：環境還算不錯，算是當地比較有特色的酒店 衞生：生意比較整潔，但是很難想象淋浴間熱水不好使，洗澡的時候還是温水 服務：服務還算比較好，預訂了早飯，第二天早上飛機，會讓你提前選擇堂食還是打包 免費機場接送:很快很方便

一個令人難忘，處處温馨的酒店! 整潔，食物也佳! 因為家人臨時患病在當地入了医院，此酒店距医院只有十來分钟路程, 所以選了此酒店。地處政府办公区治安好，酒店是尼泊尔风格的設計，房間很好，也整潔。他們知道我每天是去探病的，每天派車送我到醫院，且時時问侯我及家.人的狀况，讓在此陪病人苦悶增添許多溫馨！餐廳的素質也高，許多菜都十分出色，據闻也是政府官员常來聚集地，所以常常高朋滿座! 此次住了十來天，超性價比高! --免費接机也很棒

特別好，接送機提早準備早餐，還給升級了房間，回程立馬又定了，下次還回來。

酒店設計感很好，服務很好，最方便的是有接機服務，這點對遊客來説很貼心。酒店離機場不遠，大概不到20分鐘。

非常棒的酒店，再來還會住，推薦給朋友們，服務到位，餐食可口，熱情好客，住在這的幾天，我們每天都很愉快！

交通方便，服務很好，去各景點很近，食物很好

酒店提供免費的接送機服務，可以提前郵件的方式與酒店預約，比較方便。位置距離機場和杜巴廣場都不遠，打車大概10分鐘左右車程。 衞生情況就很普通吧，不要報太大的期待，服務員可以講英文，比較熱情～
