I loved the location and the service here! Worth the price and definitely coming back again

Enjoyed our stay in corner room, it is good location and nearby night market. Enjoyed street food and bars around but you won't hear outside noise from the hotel. Oneoo centre is just around the corner also where you can order Tom Yum Kung.

After reading so many reviews, i decided to try this hotel as i am travelling with kids. Upon checking in, we were welcome by a drink and that is very refreshing. The rooms was very clean and neat upon going into our room. Housekeeping in the morning was good and address our needs within 10min. Lastly the service provided by the staff was awesome and they can provide extra miles to tell you how you can plan your transport mode, supper or shopping advise. Will come back again.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, tasty welcome drink and goodbye dessert provided, location very near to Platinum mall, just that this area traffic is not that good and no BTS station nearby, overall still very good , room is same as picture shown

location was good, 7 eleven was near, room was clean,only one thing no good is easy heard outside sound.

Staff are approachable and friendly esp the filipino staff. The room was clean. Definitely we will come back.

This is my 2nd time stay in here! The room is very clean and orderly. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful.☺️ Overall, Metz Pratunam is a budget friendly hotel located in middle of Pratunam. Ideal for tourist who interest in shopping, food and nightlife.

Best hotel , best reservation I recommend. But morning felt a but noisy.. but i will go there later when i go bkk 👌

Nice place to stay

酒店位置、衞生、環境都很不錯，但是！阻擋不了我要説以下的問題！！ 我們定了三人間，到店被告知衹能倆人入住 另一人入住需要另付一百多元人民幣的💰！OK！我們付了。然後又被告知我們來的太早了 兩點之後入住！（此前帶我們去看房間，有空房） 提前入住需再次付一比💰…… 我一行三人心裏就有點不舒服了 提出退房！工作人員從微笑服務瞬間轉換成魔鬼服務～ 凶神惡煞的嘴臉 讓我們感到害怕，不但不能退房，言語和眼神之間給人一種恐怖的樣子是我們感到莫名的恐慌。害怕在國外被欺負的我們衹能一面解釋和安撫他們的情緒，一面和客服溝通……最後協商無果，衹能無奈選擇別的酒店（畢竟是在國外，很害怕他們對我們一行三人報復） 謹慎考慮這家酒店同胞們！

Местоположение удобно тем, что рядом с метро, а это прямая ветка до аэропорта. Чистая, современная комната, очень вкусный завтрак по меню, придраться не к чему абсолютно, в пешей доступности и ТЦ, и рыночек, аптеки и кафе тоже недалеко. От метро шли с чемоданами то через стройку, то через узкие улочки не самые приятные, за это местоположению сняла одну звезду. Обслуживание, уборка выше всяческих похвал!
