-reception on arrival was really bad, all staff were just looking at you without reaction, they let the trainee do the talking even if she barely knew english , and when she had difficulty , all others were just standing behind. Every other time, without a customer on the desk, all staff were joking , laughing, looking at the phone.. STAFF MANAGEMENT: ZERO. They asked me a 2000thb deposit upon arrival, when I said I will go out to change money, they refused to give me the key first so I could put my luggage in the room. When checking out, they again took lots of time to “check to room” before giving back the deposit to me.
-the room: poorly cleaned, water glass dirty, one door inside the bathroom was always open because some plumbing was inside. NOISY ROOM: when putting the electricity key, the noise begun and didn't stop, so I didn’t even put the AC on nor lighting at night in spite of the heat of Bangkok, just to get some sleep.
-amenities: zero, no soap on the faucet, I asked for toilet paper , it came after 30minutes.
-breakfast: only coffee was ok.
Overall: not worth it at all and will not come back, will not encourage anyone to go, just pay a little bit more and go some place nicer.
The staff was the worse. Good luck to the hotel manager/director.
