Chambre d'hôtel propre et de bonne qualité, serviettes de base et savon partagé fournis, pas d'articles de toilette supplémentaires. L'emplacement est à environ 15 minutes à pied de la gare de Phaya Thai, plus proche de la gare de Ratchathewi mais légèrement plus sinueux à 10 minutes à pied. Emplacement accessible à pied au centre commercial Pratunam Fashion. Ma chambre avait le petit déjeuner fourni, bon choix.

Vieille pièce inattendue qui n'est pas comme ce à quoi elle ressemble sur la page Web ! La pièce n'est pas bien entretenue et certaines zones à l'intérieur de la pièce sont endommagées. Le niveau d'hygiène de la literie est correct et la chambre est grande. Cependant, le personnel est serviable et gentil. Le petit déjeuner buffet est copieux et correct. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est pratique et très proche de la station de liaison aéroportuaire (BTS Phaya Thai).

Hotel is located some stones away from Pratunam market. Room is big and spacious, but amenities is really lousy and outdated. The air con has a whirring sound that made us feel like we’re in a factory and the air isn’t cooling. For a hotel with this quality, paying 2000 THB cash deposit per room isn’t justified.

The hotel was a little run down. Didn’t realise there’s no toothbrush given and the body soap was finished. Didn’t even refill. The breakfast spread was okay, not so bad even though not much choice. But location wise is really good, 10minutes walk to platinum mall and a night market just minutes away from the hotel. Many food choices too!

Overall experience to this hotel is good and the location is near the Pratunam market and there’s various food stall and cafe nearby the hotel.

Area around pratunam market , near by there’s seven eleven, a lot of massage parlour, reasonable price if you are budget traveler here’s the place but not to families with Young kids

Was wrongly given a smoking room at first but the manager was quick to move us to the correct room afterwards. Breakfast was yummy and room was clean, road side stalls/night market and convenience stores was right downstairs so was very convenient.

I would say this hotel is located at the best place. The Pratunam night is just in front of the hotel. For me, this hotel don't provide tissue paper. I don't feel it is right as we don't pay budget price for the room. And, 10 min to 12 pm. The reception desk call whether we want to continue stay. I don't feel comfortable. As this requested checked in at 3pm. I believe we would look for alternative if we go to the same place.

-reception on arrival was really bad, all staff were just looking at you without reaction, they let the trainee do the talking even if she barely knew english , and when she had difficulty , all others were just standing behind. Every other time, without a customer on the desk, all staff were joking , laughing, looking at the phone.. STAFF MANAGEMENT: ZERO. They asked me a 2000thb deposit upon arrival, when I said I will go out to change money, they refused to give me the key first so I could put my luggage in the room. When checking out, they again took lots of time to “check to room” before giving back the deposit to me. -the room: poorly cleaned, water glass dirty, one door inside the bathroom was always open because some plumbing was inside. NOISY ROOM: when putting the electricity key, the noise begun and didn't stop, so I didn’t even put the AC on nor lighting at night in spite of the heat of Bangkok, just to get some sleep. -amenities: zero, no soap on the faucet, I asked for toilet paper , it came after 30minutes. -breakfast: only coffee was ok. Overall: not worth it at all and will not come back, will not encourage anyone to go, just pay a little bit more and go some place nicer. The staff was the worse. Good luck to the hotel manager/director.

Great location, walking distance to morning and night market. 10-20 mins walk to platinum mall, central world etc Overall stay is great! Would recommend

Room is big, hotel near fo pratunam market and a lot of massages places and 7 eleven in the surrounding. They charge 300thb for kid staying in. Even no extra bed and didnt go to breakfast. Its not kids and family friendly. The female staff in the cafe also always show faces.
