Évaluations de Elegant Airport Hotel

I was there 4 - 5 march 2022. On the reception I asked to change 20$ to 600 thai batt. I gave 100$ to them and took 600 batt, but forgot to take 80$ change. So, now I have already called them several times and explained the problem. I asked to look the videacameras to identify who changed me money and asked him. They said that they will do it but nothing changed. I call them every 2 hours but nobody don't want to do nothing

I booked the hotel for the Alternative Covid Quarantine (7 days). Not much choices for the self-service (always rice with vegetables and sometimes meat), and a handful of flies eating in your plate. The air conditioner did not work in my room (I had to live 24/7 in a room at 27°C). The wifi was more than terrible. After seven days I was tested positive to the Covid and was transferred in their specialized aisle, where I had to stay for 10 days. The real nightmare begun: -special view on an open garbage center (true story, check the picture I uploaded); (un)fortunately, all the windows were completely sealed so I did not breathe the outside air for 10 days -traces of blood on the bath mat! -always the same meals (nature rice with vegetables) given in plastic containers -except when they gave me fish, fully infested with midges! -and except when they gave me watermelon, also infected, with a colony of ants! (I got photos if you want) -for some reason they stopped giving me cutlery after the 7th day, so I had to wash my old plastic cutlery -no one in this aisle (nurses and grooms) spoke English so I got no way to communicate -I asked them to wash my clothes (after 2 weeks it is understandable, especially in a hotel), they did not tell me it was not free, and I had to pay 12 € for one single washing! -and of course they factured me 3,000 € for "medical services" even though I was asymptomatic (you better have a good insurance) You have to understand that these 10 days I was not able to leave my room (except for picking my lunch for behind the door), so I had to suffer all of this 24/24. Never go to this hotel under quarantine, it was a f*cking nightmare (maybe it is better in normal times, I will never know)

団体さんが多いです。部屋はとても綺麗。ARL駅からグラフで100バーツくらい。行きと帰りで、ARLの最寄駅が違うので、googl mapで、確認してください。タイは簡単に右左折できないので。朝食は早めに行って食べたいもの先に確保しないと、団体様のあと、フルーツなどは一部補充さらなきものもあります。2名以上なら空後から直接グラブタクシーがオススメです。セブンイレブン徒歩3分くらい。ホテル敷地内に、ビール買えるお店もあります。セブンイレブンイレブン前の屋台の鶏肉美味しかったです。夜は屋台など何もないです。徒歩15分のところに、小さな街がありマーケットや、屋台多数。ホテル出て左、すぐ東に向かう未舗装の道を10分直進すると、マーケットとか、ATMのあるコンビニ、スーパーがあります。

L'hôtel ne convient que pour une nuit avant un vol matinal ou après une arrivée tardive. De l'aéroport 12 minutes en taxi. Le quartier ne vaut rien, le 11 septembre est à cinq minutes à pied, il n’y a rien d’autre. L’hôtel lui-même a été construit avec la prétention d’être 5*, mais en fait, il ne peut même pas être qualifié de 4*. C'est pourquoi c'est bon marché. Pendant la pandémie, il a été utilisé comme hôtel de quarantaine pendant une journée. Vous entrez dans la pièce et il y a une odeur d'humidité. Il est impossible de régler la climatisation - elle souffle ou est éteinte. Tous les matériaux des chambres sont bon marché, pour créer uniquement l'image extérieure d'un bon hôtel. Tout est fatigué, même si l'hôtel n'a que 3 ou 4 ans. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas bon par rapport aux standards européens. La vaisselle est toute en plastique, les tables sont en pierre. La seule chose qui nous convenait était les lits et le linge de lit normaux. Autrement dit, comme cela a été dit au début, cela suffira pour une nuit.

飯店距離機場很近，確是市中心遠。沒有公車🚌，也沒有MRT，服務人員很客氣，電梯沒有管制卡，門禁管理普通，環境清潔還可以，以自己需求為主！ 市中心房價貴ㄧ些，但交通方便，飯店需要Taxi 進出，兩相比較，還是住市區飯店吧。

공항에서 가까운 위치라서 새벽에 도착하면 빨리 쉴수 일어요. 가격도 저렴하여 첫날 숙소로는 탁월한 선택인거 같아요. 근처에 세븐일레븐 있어서 간식 사먹기 좋아요 조식도 먹을만 했어요

I have just had the worst experience in hotels in Bangkok. I have lived in Thailand for 14 years, so I know what I can and cannot expect, but this stay at The Elegant Bangkok Airport hotel was the worst for a tremendous amount of money. Bad food Bad service Mediocre room Crappy internet No decent TV channels to speak of. A place to avoid, without hesitation the worst in my 14 year experience. They were supposed to refund my money (17,500 THB !!!), told me that that was no problem. They even took a copy of my passport and Thai bank account for the Administration department. 27 (!) emails later -also tried to call but once I got them and started to explain my claim they just disconnected the line, haven't been able to connect on any of the lines after that- nothing has happened. I sent to all available addresses, but NOTHING, not even a confirmation of receipt. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Landed and used as our test and go . No hot water, sections of the complex being renovated right outside rooms . Nurse doing the PCR testing was brilliant and super helpful but I guess she is not associated as such with the hotel. We had 2 rooms booked, one for 2 adults and 1 room for my daughter and 2 small children. If you have children "AVOID AT ALL COST ".. the window in the rooms are an awning style window .. THEY DO NOT HAVE APERTURE LIMITS TO THEIR OPENING .. in other words the window opens fully . My 15 month old granddaughter was able to push the window outwards and they were 7 floors up ...ABSOLUTELY DANGEROUS

Typique : vous voyez les photos sur leur site internet et vous pensez que ça va. Pas le cas! Les chambres sont vraiment démodées, avec des traces de saleté partout et sentent vraiment mauvais. Ils ne s'en occupent pas du tout. Nous avons dû rester en urgence pour le test et partir. Si vous n'avez pas de covid, ne soyez pas surpris de l'attraper là-bas ! Comment pourraient-ils satisfaire aux exigences de certification dépasse mon imagination. La climatisation doit rester allumée tout le temps, mais elle vous souffle directement au visage. Le pire point fort était la nourriture et les boissons : révoltantes, sérieu*****t ! Même l’eau soi-disant potable avait un drôle de goût.

This is a very clear message to those wishing to use this hotel as a Test&Go facility, DO NOT USE IT, they are a bunch of liars, they will promise you the world but they do not deliver, they promised me a refund due to the room(S) not being clean which has never been received, the also state that they are a 5* hotel but thats definitely in their dreams!
