Deuxième fois ici et nous adorons Côme! Le personnel, les installations, la chambre étaient tous charmants. Emplacement un peu éloigné de l'endroit où se trouve le bts, mais le quartier regorge de restaurants et de bars. Le petit déjeuner avec le prix de la chambre était simple mais bon. J'ai hâte d'être de retour :)

At COMO Metropolitan Bangkok, You can expect spacious accommodations, housekeeping services, round-the-clock assistance for a worry-free experience, and additional conveniences such as on-site dining options, pool,spa, and business facilities, making your stay both comfortable and convenient. The only thing i wasn't happy with was that the room has a fridge but no microwave, and I have to pay to have my own food heat up?? That's new to me.. I was actually confused and surprised by that. It’s a nice hotel, but it's not for me. Is the hotel for business purposes? Either way, I'm thankful 🙏. I’m thankful when I received a pleasant surprise when I returned to my room at the COMO Metropolitan hotel in Bangkok,to see a small cake with Happy Birthday written on it put a smile on my face. Thank you 🙏.

Very good and cozy hotel close to the city center. Friendly and helpful employees, very good room. Breakfast is not at the level of the hotel!

Not too helpful about the check out time, the breakfast is good tho, may consider to come back if they can extend the check out time till 2pm

Will surely return to this hotel whenever I m in Bangkok. Love their breakfast menu though the selection was quite limited 😄😄

The best in Bangkok ! Beautifully designed, serene atmosphere despite being so close to the busy road of Sathorn, lovely food and pool. The best of Como is however its people. The teams, at all levels, are so consistent in the high quality, engagement and so helpful and connected with guests. No one does it better !

The hotel is somewhat dated. But the top notch service and effort at maintaining the cleanliness more than makes up for it. The nearest BTS station is ~700m away and given the sweltering weather of end March, we Grab our way most of our trip. 15 mins car ride away from the main shopping district of Central Embassy etc.

Never disappoints. My third time and an even better experience. Excellent room and amenities. Breakfast was great, although it’s not an extensive selection of items, but great quality. Staff is really helpful and go out of their way to make guests stay comfortable. Will certainly keep coming back. Suggestions: breakfast coffee could be much better/ like filter coffee. Breakfast previously used to be at Nahm restaurant which was great due to pool view . New location is not great, no day light and feels like an airport lounge.

Fantastic experience. Hotel is absolutely stunning. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Very kids/baby friendly (i stayed with a 6month old and 7yr old), Milk bottle sterilizer was provided. Room is hygenic and they do room cleaning twice a day.

Their service and hospitality is really impressive. Very kind ,thoughtful and truthful. Location is a bit far from tourist spot though if you want to enjoy chilling trip, it will be rather good thing. I will definitely revisit this hotel.

Not my first time here but I would say that they’ve improved significantly compared to last year.

Nice property off the Sathorn with a Michelin resto in the lobby area. Staff services is great! Would come back to stay again

Very nice breakfast, room is very large, clean and linens were high quality. The bathsoap was too small and difficult to take of the plastic wrapper was our only complaint.

I have been staying in this place in Bangkok as long as I can remember and it truly feels like a home away from home. The friendly and knowledgeable service, the amazing pool and good gym and steam room facilities. The minimalist design is refreshing in this loud and busy metropolis and it always feels good to come back to this calm after a busy day in the city. The attention to detail in guest hospitality is world class and am always pleasantly surprised that the staff members here greet me by my name and know my preferences in the room. The hotel is well located and has easy access although slightly secluded from the main streets which I prefer and has excellent food options at Nahm, breakfast and for room service, but could do with a more extended wine list option for the latter. A special thank you to Rohaan Chandra, the hotel‘s manager who graciously streamlined my bookings by offering me an upgrade, much appreciated! Although the Metropolitan was extremely booked and busy this time, a price to pay for their success I’m sure, I still felt the personal attention of the staff to make this a very welcoming stay and look forward to the next time in calmer settings.
