I just gotta say it was very clean, the housekeeper 李云 was the best, so kind and lovely, she helped us with all the cleaning.

We were supposed to stay for a night but since we have to wait for our PCR Test result we decided to stay one more night in Shangri-La before going back to Beijing. I do love the bed it's very comfortable to sleep and I did sleep like a baby. The bathtub is great as well. We enjoyed our stay.

這次在包頭香格里拉的入住體驗，完全超出了預期的舒適與貼心。 從踏入酒店開始，賓客部的王欣就給了我們特別好的第一印象。他不僅耐心瞭解我們的需求，安排的房間更是讓全家都滿意——空間寬敞，佈局合理，尤其是細節處讓人舒心，房間乾淨得幾乎挑不出毛病，角落、桌面都一塵不染，帶着孩子入住也格外放心。進房時看到準備好的迎賓水果，新鮮飽滿，瞬間讓人有了歸家般的暖意，這點真的很加分。 帶孩子去游泳池時，本來還擔心衞生問題，去了之後徹底放下心來。泳池的水清澈見底，池邊地面也打掃得乾乾淨淨，沒有水漬滑倒的隱患，孩子在裏面玩得開心，我們在旁邊看着也安心。泳池區域還配套了温泉按摩和蒸桑拿，玩累了去放鬆一下，疲憊感一掃而空，大人也能好好享受片刻悠閑。 最後必須誇誇早餐，種類豐富得讓人眼花繚亂，中西式菜品、水果、點心、飲品一應俱全，無論是孩子愛吃的小甜品，還是我們偏愛的熱菜、粥品，都能找到合心意的，食材新鮮，味道也很地道，一頓豐盛的早餐直接開啟了活力滿滿的一天。 整體下來，這次入住體驗特別好，尤其是王欣的貼心安排和酒店在衞生、服務細節上的用心，讓人覺得物超所值，下次來包頭肯定還會選這裏。

這次入住包頭香格里拉酒店，從踏入大堂起就感受到尊貴體驗！GRO賓客關係主任楊樂樂服務態度非常好，早餐豐盛，本地特色稍麥和現煮奶茶超讚！健身房設備齊全，泳池水質清澈。距離萬達廣場距離近 ，逛街購物都很方便，下次來包頭，一定再選香格里拉！

酒店環境不錯，房間安靜整潔，入住前楊樂樂打電話詢問了入住需求，服務態度很好，前台工作人員熱情服務，回覆消息積極，酒店交通發達。一進酒店看到了滿滿蒙古風情，很喜歡來香格里拉入住！下次還來！

包頭香格里拉酒店入住體驗很不錯，房間寬敞整潔，床品舒適，夜景迷人。GRO客户關係主任楊樂樂服務熱情周到，早餐品種豐富。一出酒店就能看到萬達，環境乾淨衞生，禮賓員小哥熱情服務性價比超高，商務出行或家庭旅行都很適合，還有主題房間，海洋，草原，沙漠都很不錯！

酒店中規中矩，就是一個老牌的五星級酒店，也算是當地最好酒店之一了。周邊吃的比較多，還有一個步行5分鐘可達的萬達，所以很方便，停車場也很大，沒有停車困擾。晚飯推薦烏蘭燒烤，手信推薦薩禮情，都是步行可達。 值得一説的是早飯，這家酒店的早飯再整個行程都結束來看也是很讚的，羊肉燒麥特別特別好吃，真的屬於不用出酒店就可以吃到的當地特色，其他水果也很多，總之來包頭，這個酒店值得推薦。
