Great hotel to stay at for a ski getaway, location is perfect as the ski slopes are right behind it. Depending on your booking they offer a 20% discount with Thaiwoo Ski Resort where you’ll go to get all the ski equipments if you don’t have your own including ski suit. I bought a 3 day ski pass which costs 1173 RMB plus a deposit of 2200 RMB (immediately returned on the last day of skiing). The room is like an apartment, kitchen area with all the necessary amenities to cook except pots and utensils (bring your own if you plan to do that), living room, bathroom and bedroom plus a small balcony. Plus also a washing machine. Btw, to get to the hotel, there is a free shuttle bus from Taizicheng train station, just follow the signs for the bus and which one stops at A&B Hotel. Check the schedule for departure times as the go according to train arrival and departure times. The Taiwu town area has plenty of restaurants and shops and the ski slopes closes at 4:30 pm.

L'hôtel est relativement récent et se trouve juste à côté de Xue Ruyi. Il dispose d'un excellent lieu de tournage. Cependant, la température est basse en hiver et la pièce n'a pas de climatisation. La température n'est pas élevée si vous habitez au premier étage. Heureusement, l'hôtel dispose de radiateurs et la literie est relativement chaude. . Le service était bon. Certains serveurs ne maîtrisaient pas le fonctionnement du système. Ils ont réservé la mauvaise chambre lors de l'enregistrement et ont facturé les frais de la chambre à plusieurs reprises au moment du départ. Heureusement, ils ont été résolus à temps et la chambre a été surclassée gratuitement en amenant des enfants. . J'espère que le personnel pourra se familiariser davantage avec l'entreprise afin que la qualité du service soit meilleure. L'hôtel dispose d'un service de prise en charge et de dépose, ce qui est assez pratique. Vous pouvez utiliser l'appel de voiture en ligne pour sortir. Le buffet de l'hôtel est correct, tout à fait satisfaisant, la nourriture est servie dans les délais, on peut commander à la carte, et il y a aussi des hot pot, le prix n'est pas bon marché, mais heureusement l'environnement n'est pas mauvais.

張家口雪如意睿景酒店

與朋友一起去雪如意滑雪場玩，所以預訂了雪場附近的酒店，最後根據取消政策的優勢選擇了睿景的如意套房。根據導航抵達酒店區域後發現停車場指示標並不明顯，而且照明明顯不夠。抵達前台後辦理入住手續，前台員工王雅珍和王凱軒比較熟練地安排了3層A棟的房間，介紹了酒店/雪場/餐飲/接駁車等設施和營業時間，贈送了歡迎小禮物。房間中規中矩的標準套房，雙陽台設定顯得空間很大，主客衞都配備了智能馬桶，主動提供了8瓶礦泉水和加濕器/凈化器，這點非常貼心。房間內沒有空調，但也沒有找到地暖的控制面板，所以日落後室內温度整體偏低，配備了電暖氣但效果不佳，洗澡後還是會覺得有些冷，房間內布草類沒有地巾。床品比較舒適，軟硬枕頭都很舒服。
晚餐在酒店2層的自助餐廳解決，價格80元一位不算貴，菜品屬於國企食堂級別；兩個涼菜/雪花雞排/紅燒肉/果味雞球/炒木耳/番茄炒蛋，主食配了米飯/豆包和明檔現煮的麪，整體屬於能吃飽的級別【僅供參考】。
雖然整體給了5分評價，但酒店在軟硬件方面還是有明顯的缺陷。也希望酒店可以看到點評後多加重視。
1.房間弱點線路的佈置，床頭/辦公桌前面的部分插頭、USB供電無法使用，控制面板操作混亂（如客衞的照明和排風按鈕裝反了等情況）。
2.衞生死角過多，窗簾旁邊有沒打掃乾淨的碎屑，進門鞋櫃內有兩個包裝袋（垃圾），小冰箱裏有上一個客人落下的酸奶和葯品。【見圖5/6】
3.入住後需要休息就打開了請勿打擾設定，20分鐘後有服務員敲門送了兩瓶軟飲，明顯管理培訓方面不到位，員工根本不知道該怎麼處理這類情況。

在萬龍滑完晚場已經21:30，自駕到酒店🏨，同時不超過10分鐘。
選擇了兩張單人床，還有一個上下鋪，入住三人，互不幹擾，滿意。
房間選擇要求為安靜🤫，三人夜眠滿意……
建議一：衞生間有小台階，建議🈶提示為好
其二：不知道是不是7樓的緣故，淋浴的水量偏小，洗浴不是很暢快……

前台幫忙升級了湖景房，房間特別大，還有一個大陽台，正對樓下的湖，有山有水，景色不錯。樓下車庫車位充足。
房間温度可以自己設定，五一來的話到了晚上外面接近0度，但是屋內温度很暖和。
全日餐廳早晨品種豐富，有三部咖啡機，早上喝咖啡終於不用排隊了。自製了一個火腿雞胸三明治，味道很好。還有餛飩，湯麪可以選擇。酒店中餐廳價格不貴。
位置很方便，去翠雲山森林公園開車十幾分鍾，門口就是水上樂園和汽摩公園。站在陽台上就能看到空中漂流。點外賣也很方便，前台就有外賣桌。
就是淡季酒店親子活動為0，衹能當人民幣玩家了。
管家雅茹的安排很周到，有問題響應也很快。

C'est l'hôtel le mieux de Zhangjiakou, près du gouvernement municipal, assez grand pour pouvoir prendre toutes sortes d'activités. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but the room wasn’t ready until 7pm, I had to request the manager and only then did they give us our room key. The pool, one of the reasons I wanted to go to this hotel was very small and not worth it. Maybe during the snowy season it might be fine but I don’t plan on staying in a Marriott again. Not a real four star hotel, not worth the money.
They did offer me free breakfasts for the inconvenience but even that was a sub par experience.

儲物空間足，除了衣櫃屋裡還有掛衣服的地方這點非常好，第一天到店正趕上下雨，這樣潮乎乎的衣服不用放衣櫃裏面悶着，幫大忙了！
房間給的一次性拖鞋屬於相對厚實的，這點非常滿意，很多酒店的拖鞋太薄了，沒法穿。
客房放了足夠的瓶裝水，電梯間還有可以自取的，真的非常方便，對於喝水大户來説相當友好，可以自取就不用麻煩客房服務送過來，適合i人~出門也能隨手拿一瓶補充水分。
住了兩晚，感覺很安靜，可以睡個好覺。
每天客房管家會送酸奶和銀耳羹，有問題打前台電話會第一時間解決，服務真的很好！
嘗試了客房點餐，牛肉麪很好吃，所以第二天又點了，哈哈！
早餐體感欠佳，節假日人很多但座位少，都是大餐桌，沒有小桌子，大家衹能都擠在一起吃，翻枱比較慢，想早出門的時候可能需要等位~
總體非常滿意，超預期了，下次來張家口還會入住！

KKIiKiI_C'était la première fois que je séjournais dans cet hôtel de la ville de Taiwu, Chongli. Personnellement, je me sentais comme chez moi. Le service de l'hôtel était très chaleureux et attentionné, en particulier le responsable de la réception, Lucky, qui m'a patiemment aidé à résoudre de nombreux problèmes. personnalité Elle est très joyeuse et vive, je la chercherai la prochaine fois que j'irai skier à Taiwu !

RRiyebaifuning【交通】自駕導航到寫有清研院的大門口，遊客入口排了至少十幾輛車，速度非常緩慢，每輛車都得詢問半分鐘，可能是在交停車費，到門口保安要求出示酒店訂單後免費放行。我們第二天上午退房走時門口照舊排了十幾輛車，這一點實在太影響遊玩感受了，流程設定的不太合理。
【設施】酒店門口有個小停車場可以停放二十幾輛車，我們過去時剛好走了一輛，保安説要不然就得停遠處了。酒店大堂很隱蔽，在兩棟樓的中間爬上二樓才能看見入口。房間是二-五樓，湖景房窗外就是水庫，景色超美可以看夕陽，房間裏面跟圖片的一樣，衞生不錯。床墊有點硬，洗澡水有點小。需要嚴重吐槽的是經常會停水，我們就住了一天，頭天傍晚，第二天一早和上午停了三次，每次時間都不短至少10分鐘以上，服務人員的説法是水泵累了需要休息，反正誰要趕上在洗澡就呵呵了。
【服務】服務員態度挺熱情，先開始給的一間雙床房異味比較大，反映後痛快給換了一間。問路也會很熱情的把園區主要吃、玩的地方介紹一遍。因為有個孩子，打電話給前台多要了一個枕頭和牙刷，馬上就給送過來了態度也很好。退房時收了房卡就OK了，也沒有檢查。
【周圍環境】酒店周邊一小圈的地方有兩三個吃飯的地方，一個咖啡廳白天有表演，一個小型超市、一個有乒乓球有蹦床的健身中心，湖邊有一些可以拍照的擺設，其他基本就是大多無人居住的樓和別墅，平面圖裡麪靠右面的區域完全荒廢，一大片4層的空置別墅甚是壯觀。玩的地方很少，與想象的差距很大。

PpocketsunshineWe went in the low season so it’s value for the money. Very quiet at night and we had a good night sleep. The outdoor hot spring was way too hot that I could barely put in my foot. And it didn’t show the temperature. So end up we went back indoor for the hot spring. The location is quite far from everything. Bit hard for those who’s travel with public transportation.

TTryasLa location est très bonne, à l'intérieur du Thaiwoo ski resort.
Le chef est très utile, mais il a été très gentil de demander de l'omélette pour notre enfant, mais le chef a refusé de le répondre de manière inappropriée.
Globalement Hyatt Chongli est un grand endroit pour rester pour un voyage de ski à Thaiwoo!
