IInvitéModern designed hotel. Spacious hotel room with hi tech equipment. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful staff that waited for our Uber out in the cold and sent us off. Good location with Matsuzakaya and other big department stores just right opposite.

IInvitéConveniently located at Fushimi station, short walk away from Nagoya Intercity where the exit with elevator is located. Great for family with many large luggage. Limousine bus from airport is located right at the doorstep. Large family room with 4 beds (1+ meter). Kids love the lounge at Level 6 where they can have complimentary snacks and nice beverages. Nice Christmas decorations and vibe during the stay. Multiple convenience stores are located just 1-2 minutes walk away from the hotel.

IInvité인생에서 최고의 호텔이었습니다. 위치는 대중교통으로는 무리가 있어 택시로 이동하는걸 추천합니다. 모든 호텔리어 분들이 굉장히 친절하십니다. 체크인할때는 안계셨지만 한국어가 능통하신 분도 계셨습니다. 기본적으로 영어가 가능하셔서 의사소통에 문제는 없었습니다. 특히 체크아웃때 키가 큰 정장입으신 남자분이 너무 친절하셔서 인상깊었습니다. 아침식사는 다른 곳들에 비해 종류가 적어 다소 아쉬웠으나 퀄리티가 좋아 괜찮습니다. 부대시설은 조용하고 다른 이용객이 없어 사용하기 좋았고 안내해주시는 분들도 친절했습니다.
기회가 된다면 다시 한번 에스파시오에 방문하고 싶네요.

IInvitéLocation is perfect right next to Kanayama train station which is connected to train and subway network. The staff were polite and helpful. Just one issue during our stay: We booked a three-bedroom where a sofa bed was not fully flat. I slept for the first night feeling discomfort at low back. We called the hotel service desk and the lady staff was very helpful to add a layer of blanket underneath the mattress to help. While it’s not perfect but it still felt better for remaining few nights of sleep. Suggest the hotel to review this issue especially for guest staying for a few nights.

GGoofyruAmazing stay for lego lovers. The entire hotel is filled with elements of decorations made of lego. Kids will love it here as there are various areas to play with lego and room provides a box of lego for play too! Legoland is right in front of the hotel.

UUtilisateur anonymeWe took a bus from the airport to Nagoya Kanko Hotel, then walked to the Hilton, which took about five minutes even with kids and luggage. We booked a family room. Unfortunately, the first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We requested a room change, and while the second room still had a slight odor, it was much better than the first. If you are sensitive to smells, this hotel may not be the best choice. Other than that, everything is ok.

IInvitéI recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya Hotel, and I want to highlight some exceptional service that made our visit memorable.
Thoughtful Amenities
The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience.
Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho
One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed.
Proactive Assistance
After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi.
Housekeeping
I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort.
Summary
In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

PPak lunLocation is great just a few mins walk from Nagoya station. Hotel is good and the staff are all really friendly. The only concern was the equipment and the deco were not in their best condition. (Etc the air purifier did not work, kettle with missing cover)

AAlice RubyLa chambre est agréable et confortable et très bien rangée. Et l'espace de la pièce est large avec une fenêtre de vue. Bonne expérience pour rester quelques jours avec 1-2 personnes. Personnel sympa et service parlant couramment anglais. La salle de bain est très belle et propre ! J'aime vraiment ça . Je le recommande pour tout voyage en solo. Je reviendrai si je visite Nagoya.
