Hôtels à Cuzco avec bar

Un hôtel préféré en Amérique du Sud depuis plus de moitié de mois, le service est très attentif, les détails de la chambre sont suffisants et chaque employé est formé en place. L'atmosphère de l'hôtel est très semblable à la relaxation nationale, le service est encore plus bon. Et l'hôtel est très délicieux, tant pour le petit déjeuner que pour le dîner. On aura réservé cette maison plus tard.

Belmond Monastère: Le meilleur hôtel à Cusco, en dehors de toute comparaison Il est très bon d'avoir une bonne qualité de service pour les clients. La beauté de cet hôtel est hors des mots. Les murs historiques classiques font des histoires du passé, tandis que la chapelle dorée éclatante ajoute un sens remarquable de grandeur. Le personnel est chaud, professionnel et vraiment soignant. Un exemple de premier plan : quand j'ai perdu ma carte de crédit, ils l'ont trouvée et la ont rapidement retournée. Par rapport au Los Cabos Waldorf (qui je cite en raison de son prix de premier plan), le service de cet hôtel est sur un autre niveau infiniment plus personnel, plus pensé et plus intime. J'aimerais reconnaître spécialement mon butler, mais malheureusement, j'ai oublié son nom. En bref, je ne peux pas recommander cet hôtel assez.

L'hôtel est très proche du centre-ville et bénéficie d'un accès facile aux transports en commun. Il propose de nombreuses options de petit-déjeuner et un personnel accueillant. Des agents des agences de voyages présents à l'hôtel faciliteront la recherche d'itinéraires et l'inscription des touristes aux départs vers différents sites touristiques.

Le service du personnel est très attentif, car le départ des activités touristiques impliquées est très tôt. L'hôtel offre un petit déjeuner packagé pour le transport. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec des boissons à l'eau et des fruits. Je dois vraiment l'apprécier.

Highly recommended, I’d definitely stay here again Location is unbeatable: just a 3‑minute walk to Plaza de Armas, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with a cosy bed and a heater available at all times. No TV in my room but honestly, with everything nearby, you won’t miss it 😄 Extremely helpful staff, genuinely some of the most supportive I’ve ever encountered. They were incredibly accommodating and even helped me multiple times late at night when Rappi wasn’t working and I needed to order food. If you have early tours (4:00, 5:00, 6:00 AM), just let them know in advance — they’ll happily prepare your breakfast earlier for you, which I really appreciated. They also decorated our room exactly as requested, which made our stay even more special.

L'hôtel est très sûr, le personnel informé n'est pas perturbé après que l'invité a quitté sa chambre, car il est important de faire quelque chose à l'intérieur de la chambre.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely and helpful. It is located right on the square so it is close to shops, restaurants, incarail and everything you need. You can also sit on the balcony while you eat and watch the square.

La location est très bonne. Cusco est difficile à atteindre en raison de la maladie de l'altitude, mais il est vraiment confortable de rentrer et de se détendre au milieu. Il y a aussi un restaurant coréen appelé Sarangchae juste à travers la rue. Le centre de l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé.

Let me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice. But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath. The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it. I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep. Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

Had two separate bookings with the hotel as I was going to Machu Picchu and staying overnight there. During my first day at this hotel in my first reservation, I was asked to pay for this second booking together. No receipt given but was assured that there will not be any misunderstanding. Was told to pack and leave my things at the reception and check out and re-check in. So not sure why I needed to pay for the second reservation upfront in my first booking (Maybe afraid that I would cancel it as I was really tempted to). As mentioned in my previous post, the amenities are severly lacking, cause of low water supply, the pipes and toilet filling up is very loud and the water flow from the tap is like the picture at night and it was trickling and dripping one of the early mornings when I had a tour. In short, i will not stay here again.
