Il a été réservé à la maison pour une réunion de groupe. 8 jours. L'hôtel montre son âge mais a été quelque peu mis à jour. La chambre était petite, mais elle nous a grandi. Lorsque nous y sommes arrivés, la salle au 6e étage avait un odeur funky. Le tapis de salle a été nettoyé, et l'odeur s'est échappée. Les employés étaient très nombreux. Le restaurant et le dîner de notre groupe étaient bons. Le restaurant avait des problèmes pendant les deux premiers jours en raison du nombre de personnes et du peu de temps qu'ils devaient manger. Une fois le buffet établi, cette question a disparu.

Loved the water slides, kids had a blast. room was clean, and updated, though you could tell it is an older motel. Staff was friendly and location was great.

La chambre est très confortable, très confortable et très confortable. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. La chambre était une chambre « accessible », c'était une chambre extra. Nous avons toujours trouvé les lits et les coussins parfaits (je n'utilise pas souvent ce mot dans les commentaires.) et cet hôtel n'était pas une exception. Le tube chaud était ouvert et nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié. La piscine était ...... froide, mais certains enfants ne semblait pas s'en soucier. Les deux sont traités chimiquement, pas de l'eau salée. Le petit déjeuner a pris un très long temps le matin, mais il était « chaud » et non seulement « sac ».

The hotel was crazy busy due to some sort of convention. There were limited room options but it was the parking situation that really made this a less than stellar stay. There was limited parking anywhere but a delivery truck blocked part of the parking too -- making it impossible to come and go from the spaces. The room across from ours had three small yapping dogs. There should be a limit to the number of pets per room as they were out of control all night. The room was suite large sized but with a very, very small bathroom. The toilet was low and with no room, difficult to use. The floor was uneven so walking across the carpet was unsteady while carrying luggage, or really, any items. The location was right off the freeway so we chose this hotel for its easy on/off.

We were at a basketball banquet event at the Ramada. While the hotel needs some MAJOR updating, the sidewalks are a hazard and need to be cleaned off, and the parking lot needs to get their piles of snow out of the parking lot, the banquet girls were amazing and the food was wonderful. We had Ava and Nora working and they had the best customer service and were so helpful!! They stayed till the very end and were exceptional!! Thank you Ava and Nora!!

IInvitéWhile the format of the Staybridge hotels are really nice (we had a King suite), there are issues here I've not seen addressed in other reviews. It's clear they are struggling with housekeeping, as our room had dirty dishes in the cupboards, pieces of granola bar in the space between the TV cabinet and wall, a dirty shower, food under the snack bar and the couch. Coffee but no sugar/creamer packets. But what I absolutely detest the most is the ”lighting/electricity” setup! It does NO good to provide power outlet lamps everywhere, when they are completely dependent on the ”MASTER SWITCH” being on, but when it's on, you can't turn the OVERHEAD lights off, meaning you are disturbing anyone still trying to sleep. It also means that any electronics you are trying to CHARGE overnight, are NOT getting charged, unless the overhead lights are on??? Stupid set up. However, some pluses: The receptionist was a gem. The breakfast and seating was great. The outdoor area is very nice, and the pool looked clean.

Nous avons séjourné ici pendant deux nuits pendant un voyage récent à travers le Dakota du Nord; c'est un bon Hampton, et notre chambre était propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner a été très bon à Hampton Inn, notre A/C fonctionnait bien et a un climatisation constante (bon pour dormir). Les toilettes montées sur les murs étaient placées trop hauts sur les murs pour atteindre confortablement. Le seul gros défaut à cet hôtel est son emplacement à l'intersection de l'interstate et d'une autre grande autoroute; le bruit de trafic à l'extérieur de notre fenêtre (Salle # 406) nous a perturbés toute la nuit; les invités pourraient vouloir choisir une chambre à numéros bizarres. La chambre était très bien située.

Ffyrfightr17Called the hotel directly a month before our reservation date and made a special request for a specific type of room (3rd/top floor away from traffic/road noise). Also followed up with a call while enroute to confirm our reservation and reaffirm my special request. When we arrived we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor. When I mentioned my request, I was told that the only 3rd floor rooms available were at the front of the building facing the road. Just then a couple of LOUD vehicles came roaring by therefore I opted for the 2nd floor room at the rear of the hotel. Pros - Our double queen room was clean & comfortable and had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Cons - Indifferent attitude of the staff member at check-in in regards to our special request and we experienced the supply of hot water and water pressure to be marginal. Also the staff member on duty in the morning at check-out was not pleasant or engaging.

We did our homework on this place before coming. We had a family emergency and needed a last-minute place to stay. This hotel seemed reasonable, as it promised what we wanted and needed. Our assigned room was 102, with a bed and an additional roll-away. It would have been very crowded in there with 3 wheelchairs. The roll-away bed was placed in our room Wednesday night, September 6, 2023. We opened the door to find it blocking our way into the room. The front desk staff moved us into room 117. This was no better, as the beds were way too high. The desk in the corner of the room was horrible. I moved the desk chair to one side of the desk. This was to allow my wheelchair to get up to the desk. When I did this, however, I got stuck in that little corner. I had to move the desk chair between the beds. This was quite inconvenient for obvious reasons. I suspect that room 117 was even smaller than room 102. We had to store some of our belongings in the bathtub. Most of our time in this hotel was spent moving stuff back and forth. We spent as little time here as possible. I should also mention that our family emergency was visiting a terminally ill relative. It was an already difficult time further complicated and dampened by a sloppy hotel. We feel every traveler with a physical disability must be aware of this place. We will not return here on our next visit- possibly after my uncle passes.
