J'ai adoré l'emplacement ! Hyper pratique ! Service excellent!! mention spéciale à Jihan pour nous avoir aidé avec les services de spa au spa Quan ! Nous a également fait visiter les salles de soins avant de réserver nos séances ! La vue au bar sur le toit est une bombe !!!

C'est un endroit idéal pour une courte pause car le SPA, le terminal des ferries et de nombreux restaurants de fruits de mer sont juste à sa porte. Cependant, des améliorations sont encore possibles en termes de qualité de la nourriture et de compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, afin de répondre aux normes des hôtels 5 étoiles.

There are baby cockroaches hence requested for extra Baygon from the service desk and they were quick to respond as we finished one of the half bottle which was left over It might be due to the balcony room that we book. The toilet drainage was not very clean either. Anyway, had a wonderful experience here for our anniversary. Staffs and taxi drivers are friendly. There’s a Lounge at level R.operates till 12midnight. Tried to catch the sunrise outside our room. International breakfast. Worth and will come again. For those Note: 1st timer like us please alight at Harbour Bay not Batam Centre. It’s 20mins drive from Batam Centre. Thanks to Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour bay for the complimentary ice cream.

We were served by Ms. Rena at the reception. Despite the delay in getting our room ready, she continually apologized and offered us some perks to enjoy the hotel without any hesitation. Marriott is fortunate to have such an attentive staff member. The services provided by all the staff was exceptional. It was an excellent experience for us, and we will definitely return!

Nice stay with a good location as it is just beside Harbour Bay terminal. Room is nice. The breakfast spread is quite good as well. Price for a night on Fri is a tad expensive though at $340 with 2 breakfast

Location is superb and room is new and clean. Unfortunately the roof top bar food is slightly off the indo favorite.

Staff were awesome!, Amenities, accessibility, transportation and needs all easy. Food, shopping, spa, services, friendliness, excellent! This will be my second times to book the same hotel, security and safety are well taken off as this is the priorities of every guests would look into it. 5/5 excellent!

Definitely one of my fave hotels. Staff was so friendly, warm and welcoming. The welcome drink they gave upon arrival was delicious. Breakfast spread was great and tasty with a gorgeous view of the harbour bay. Spa was awesome too. I really enjoyed my one night stay here and would recommend everyone to come and experience this. Already planning my next trip to come here!

It is truly delightful to have our room upgraded with a view of Singapore 🇸🇬! Sincerely hope to comeback for more days, spa 🧖♀️ time, refreshments, drinks 🍸 , and food. 🍱

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. The are plenty of dining options within the Harbour Bay mall. You can find all the popular eateries (Malaya Cafe, Morning Bakery etc…) within the mall. The hotel is about 10-15 mins Taxi/Grab ride to the Nagoya area where there are even more dining and shopping options. The room itself is quite spacious and very clean. We given the balcony unit. However the view of the swimming pool and the sea was mostly obstructed by trees. The aircon in the room is quite cold and there we were unable to adjust the temperature. Only the fan speed can be tweaked. The bed was comfy and j slept very well. The infinity pool is small but nice. The same goes for the gym. It is sufficiently equipped for workout enthusiasts like me. We paid for around S$30 for the breakfast buffet and it was pretty good. The hotel stay was kind of pricey. Would highly recommend if it’s below $250 per night. Overall my experience was great and I would come back again for my next trip to Batam. I would also consider Four Points By Sheraton which is also owned by the Marriott group.

1. Booked sea view room but Trip.com registered with this hotel as city view, lucky my membership allowed me to upgrade the room myself for free. 2. Hotel location is good, but amenities are old. Toilet curtain was broken. 3. Nearby shopping centres are left with only 1. 4. Buffet breakfast is average, very salty. 5. Do not try the ESKA spa nearby as it is really not that good and expensive.
