Unique, cozy..clean…good location..nice breakfast but no swiming pool. Towel need to be up grade. Overall good enough for staycation in Batu

Hotel yang nyaman dan tenang untuk menginap di Batu. Walaupun tidak ada kolam renang, tp pada malam hari sangat indah hotelnya dari segi lighting dan designnya.👍

Saya beri layanan bintang 3 karena. Salah satu pelayan resto pelayanannya sangat buruk..
Senin, 21 Nov 2022. Hari terakhir saya menginap di hotel hanoman. Saya sedang breakfast, dan bukan Buffet. Alacarte yang ada. Salah satu pelayan kita sudah bilang dari kamar brp.. kami di beri menu (ternyata menu tamu luar, bukan penghuni hotel. Yang berbayar).
Saya tanya "loh mbak tidak buffet ya?" (Brrti ini kan pertanyaan penghuni kamar hotel hanoman).
Mbaknya jawab "iya bu buffet nya sedang tidak ada, skrg alacarte".
Tapi mbaknya meneruskan. Dan kami kira menu yg berbayar itu menu untuk alacarte untuk tamu hotel.
Dan menu sudah di proses. Tiba2 mbak nya dtg lagi kasih menu lagi.. blg tadi menu berbayar, yg baru ini free. Blg "saya gak tau kalo bapak ibu dari kamar no..."
Loh kan aneh mbaknya bisa menyebutkan kamar hotel kami. Tapi bilang saya gak tau. Aneh. Kami kira menu yg berbayar di cancel. Tapi ini tidak. Tetap di hidangkan. Dan kami di suruh membayar. Padahal bukan salah kami. Kami batalkan. Kami pilih menu yang alacarte free untuk penghuni kamar.. kami sangat kecewa dengan mbak yang pelayan ini.. TIDAK ADA TANGGUNG JAWAB. Dia yg salah. Tapi kami yang bertanggung jawab!!!!
Kami merasa sangat RUGI.. Karena jadinya kami tidak makan makanan yg masuk harga dari kamar hotel. Tpi kamar membayar 250rb untuk makanan berbayar.
KAMI SANGAT KECEWA dengan pelayan tersebut 🙏🏻 terima kasih
