Отель не новый, но в него хочется вернуться и этим многое сказано. Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, отдельное спасибо! Номер достаточно уютный, кровати хорошие. Завтрак отличный, все что надо есть, кроме красной рыбы) По заказу делают наивкуснейший омлет. Бассейн внутри с тёплой водой градусов 30. Есть подземный паркинг. Wi fi ловит даже на пляже. Думаю летом тут ещё прекрасней, но и цены уже другие.

A comfortable beautiful hotel with kind staff and great location. My daughter enjoy inside and outside pool as we rest and enjoy the wonderful sea view. The breakfast menu was complete with many kind of fruits and foods. There are many nice restaurants and cafes close to the hotel.

Very good hotel, quiet surroundings i took mountains view Good view from the porch Balcony of the room was so small Location of the hotel was great near downtown and near the airport Breakfast good variety and clean restaurant. Reception was helpful and welcoming The spa and the indoor pool was calm

This is not a five star hotel. The rooms smelled of smoke. The bathroom drains smell of sewage. We got a massage for 200 GEL, it was the worst massage that I’ve ever received. It was just light rubbing and touching with no oil, the woman stood in front of you as you changed, it was deeply uncomfortable. I had to leave half way through. The staff told us a refund was impossible as it was ‘the best masseuse in town’ and that ‘it’s the cost you would expect to pay in a five star hotel’. Made no attempt to actually deal with our complaints.

Welcome to hell! Ideal place for masochists who like being charged premium fees, sleeping in stinky rooms without AC, swimming in chloric acid, and getting treated worse than stray dogs. If the location is a 5 (but it is a 5 for every single hotel on that *****), the amenities is a 3 (the ones that do work, that is), the rooms are a 2 (black mould in the bathroom in a 5*?? Really??), the service beats them all. There is no negative number large enough to rate that one. English (here comes the Pulp Fiction scene)? Nop. They barely speak it. Customer service? Who gives two craps about these annoying customers. Acknowledging their issues? Nop, they are always right, always "by protocol". What, you hoped for an apology, some perks, and issues fixed? Heh, think again. I am by no account a millionaire, and my booking was non-refundable (although I did imagine that when you pay for a Ferrari and get a KIA, you might qualify for a refund), I ran from that place after 1 night, and moved to Hilton. The most expensive vacation ever, but not being in that hellhole is worth every cent of it. Wouldn't stay there if they paid me to do so.

We have spent 10 days with family . Decided to have vacation in Grand Gloria. An amazing, comfortable, pleasant, full of joy hotel. Breakfast is very taste with lots of variations . Also they have a very good restaurant taste and acceptable prices. Spa & Massage is great. Pools are very good even for kids . Staff are friendly and cute. Rooms are very clean and feeling unbelievable freshness in hotel.

wonderful place to have fun with friends. we have spent amazing nine days in grand gloria hotel it’s a very comfortable place for rainy days the staff is very friendly and all of them are professionals. especifically bartender luka. who makes best coffee and cocktails in Batumi. Love all days here and I’ll comeback as soon as possible. also I will never forget evening events and all the pleasure that gave us.

It was very pleasant stay and the staff are very kind and helpful. We stayed there one night but it was very nice and the facilities were in good condition the location is nice . The staff were smiling always and helpful, I totally recommend this place

The location of the hotel wonderful . Good food . But the room has lots of ants and mosquitoes which bit me in my eyes hands and shoulder. We ordered decoration for my husband birthday . And they didnt do it every time i call the receptionist asking for the cake and decoration the put me on hold and did nothing about it . Nether telling me they dont have . They just didnt replay or call nor apologising.
