They should upgrade/renovate their room. Their room is very old. This is very unexpected from a reputated international brand.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach and in walking distance of all the sights of Batumi. Excellent amenities. Very relaxing and couldn’t be more helpful- offered my friend and I each a free upgrade. Would stay again!

酒店就在海邊，酒店有停車場，環境非常好，駕車到酒店辦入住趕上下小雨，酒店服務生幫助從車上搬行李送入房間，整體服務還是不錯的，酒店游泳池也很好,在房間裏望向海邊看到摩天輪還有美景，非常美，早餐豐富，酒店整體設備已經陳舊了。

Старый отель, выглядит потрепано. Персонал не очень дружелюбен и забывчив. Взяли из-за локации, она идеальная, конечно. Есть бассейн и сауна, тоже большой плюс

Обычная пятерка, в целом норм, завтраки только скудноваты

地理位置好，離海邊步行幾分鐘，但前台服務態度一般，設施比較老舊

Честно говоря рассчитывали от отеля немного большего. Очень сильно чувствуется запах сигарет в лобби. Отель уже староват. В целом номера всем оснащены, но на 5* не дотягивают явно. Локация отличная, так же как и бассейн снаружи

位置很好，前台熱情有禮貌。設施稍有點老舊。總的來説還是不錯。出門很方便，前面100米就是海灘，周圍很多吃的。

I came several time from France for my holiday in Batumi at Radisson. I always spend there amazing time. Good services, Accurate and professional team, especially with Meqi and Salome to whom I had communicated. Cleaned pool, chilled chaise longue with good atmosphere and relaxed. Spa and gym are very good as well. The week is more quiet, weekend is more lounge atmosphere. I definitely recommend and will come back soon :)

Bad experience, Extremely disappointed stay,misleading poor service and not worth the price the staff has no idea about customer service

Booked 3 rooms as we were family of 6. Check in by Giorgi was smooth and then the trouble started . Had booked 3 identical rooms, but the one in which u was staying had no sofa or recliner like the other rooms and on requesting for it, we were given 2 metal chairs. On asking why they cannot give a more comfortable sitting, was told “ this is how it works” ( can’t understand what they meant it by it though). Anyway, after a few phone calls was provided with recliner like in other rooms. The toilet flush- it was not working ( according to me) and so called the housekeeping and they said need to press both the knobs/buttons and hold on to it. Unique indeed !!! The other rooms flush were normal. On coming after dinner for a good night sleep, one other rooms Airconditioning was not working and so called the engineer at around 230 am, he would adjust and go away and in few minutes it would stop. Unable to sleep all night went to reception and asked them change the room but they said they don’t have room and will give one at 930 am and we should talk to the manager in the morning. Met the manager- she said can’t give a room immediately and as we were to go out asked us pack the bags and leave with them and by late afternoon will shift the luggage into a new room. On asking about compensation for spending sleepless night, she said she is trying to compensate by shifting us to another room. A totally rude and unconcerned response!!! But having paid in advance had no option but to continue there. On coming back in the evening and checking the new room allocated, its Airconditioning was also not working. Sad but the standard of rooms and behaviour of manager was pathetic and it was a blunder to book such a hotel for our family vacation. The reception area is usually quite busy not with check in or check out but complaining guests. Am taking so much pain to write this so that people think twice before booking this hotel.
