在別的國家住過bestwest的酒店，屬於快捷形式的，但巴統這家屬於高端系列，更加豪華，性價比很高，位置好，毗鄰黑海，有自己的停車場，早餐水果也多，對面就是萬怡酒店。

Since the day it was opened, it has been a facility that offers services worthy of its name. It's located in the most beautiful part of Batumi, and its architecture attracts everyone's attention. The interior of the hotel and the rooms are really bigger and more spacious than usual. That is why people feel comfortable. The terrace, which has been renovated over the years, is one of our favourite places in the summer period, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The outdoor swimming pool, which is open in the summer, is of a size found in few hotels in the world and, with its café, it satisfies all needs. The lobby bar and the restaurant where breakfast is served are very nice. It is especially nice to have breakfast and coffee in the open area.

Hotel staff is very good. Breakfast is various, hot dishes, cold dishes, receptions is very helpful and they are speaking Turkish and English languages. They have luggage service and they can keep your luggage till the check in time if you have early check in

I love my stay here and plus the view was amazing. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and will probably book for myself again. Moreover, i love the breakfast at the nearby restaurant. Everything was great location, room, view and food😊

Grand hôtel et excellent personnel et vues. Tout est très nouveau et frais. Bons restaurant et bar options et belles vues sur NYC. Peut-être les meilleures vues de la ville. Chaque chambre a une bonne vue. Aime aussi la décoration intérieure et la scène bar du soir.

This hotel located in the right location, close to the sea and close to the city center. the hotel is quiet, nice and clean. Our room was in the right size for couple and no problems were occur in the period we stayed. Breakfast needs a little of diversity. Thanks go to the staff and specially for Nikolas that working in the dining room.

Бронировали данный апартамент на сайте booking за месяц до поездки, сразу указали что у нас планируется свадебное путешествие. Перед поездкой за неделю указал что приедем в определенное время. Когда мы приехали в комплекс , апартамент еще не был готов , хотя я заранее писал что мы приедем в 16 часов … Менеджер Михаил заверил нас , что в 17:00 все будет готово По итогу мы заселились только в 17:30. Сразу же включили кондиционер и увидели что он течет, сообщили об этом в «оперативный» чат и лично Михаилу . Нам посоветовали не включать его на слишком низкую температуру 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦‍♂️ , ок включили на 25- все равно течет.. на следующий день мы пошли в 603 номер , в само агентство которое сдало нам этот апартамент, нам ответили что телевизор и кондей починят сегодня, ок, поверили. По факту же вечером ситуация не поменялась, пришлось опять идти к ним и ругаться, в итоге телевизор починили, кондей так же течет. Но нашу просьбу о переселении ответ был однозначный: таких же номеров нет … самое интересное что чат работает с 10 до 19 (но ответа в нем приходилась ждать более суток), а на ресепшене комплекса ничем не могут помочь, так как квартира принадлежит частному лицу… 💆🏼‍♂️ 2 дня просили сделать уборку … Что по итогу: Кондиционер тек на протяжении всей недели , телевизор починили спустя 2 дня , уборку сделали только после некоторых просьб. Скудный набор посуды(2 вилки, 2 ложки , 2 чайные ложки, 1 тупой кухонный нож, доска , сковородка и кастрюля , разваливающаяся лопатка) Безумное безразличие сотрудников агенства “Grand city real estate” на гостей , грязные номера, на стенах какие то пятна, постельное белье в катышках , грязная душевая, прожженные шторы ,сломанное сиденье на унитазе(починили спустя 2 дня), всего полноценная уборка была 1 раз за неделю, включая смену полотенец и вынос мусора. Из позитивного нам подарили бутылку вина и коробку Рафаэло (так как мы молодожены ) но спустя 4 дня и напоминания (я пошел на принцип, так как при заселении Михаил сам сказал что нам будет подарок) !! Категорически не советую бронировать Апартаменты через это агенство!! Частные лица сдают такие же апартаменты гораздо дешевле (~120 лари сутки) , мы же заплатили 210 лари за сутки. Либо через сам комплекс бронируйте

Il s'agit d'un hôtel agréable, les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées et avec balcons qui offrent des vues sur la mer. Le personnel est gentil et prêt à aider. Les prix sont fantastiques. Chacune des deux chambres que nous avions était vraiment confortable. Le lobby a offert une grande variété d'activités qui pourraient être profitées à la fois par les enfants et les adultes.
