Has 2 or 3 small pool with a slide. Bfast was local dish. We only stayed 1 night. Got a wrist band to go to their sister resort close by to checkout the beach and resto. As usual staff was excellent. Will return again

The room is clean and nice, it has a veranda for you to enjoy the view of the resort. My kids enjoyed the kiddie pool and they have life guards. The staff are very accommodating. We requested to extend pool time for night swimming and they assisted us and appointed a lifeguard to watch over us. Thank you.

Room didn't have a dental kit. There was a small piece of metal coil bed spring sticking out of one side of the bed which could injure someone.

My kids enjoy the stay.! Very relaxing

2 stars the room was old we almost slipped in the shower the aircon was leaking the check in and check out process was long. The staff were rude and not kind. The pool is to small the rooms were dirty and not maintained I recommend u not to stay here. Try other beach resorts 2Stars.

We enjoyed our stay here (from April 16-18) with my siblings (except for some comments). The resort was clean, the room was very spacious for 2pax (we occupied 2 rooms) it can fit a group of 6 pax per room if maximized. The toilet was spacious too. Room AC was working well. We stayed in room 119, my comments for the room specifically are as follows: the shower heater was not working when we stayed, the toilet faucet was leaking, room had an off smell (fishy with downy). I also suggest that the hotel management remind their guests (in general) to keep their noises/voices low or avoid unnecessary noises after 10pm in consideration of other hotel guests (as courtesy---not all the guests are at the resort to party, some just wants to enjoy a peaceful and quiet place to rest and unwind). The free breakfast was decent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ywould still recommend staying here, not as crowded as the resorts in San Fernando or San Juan.

Nice hotel in San Fernando. Be aware there is two Marand Hotels nearby, this is the beach resort. Nice acess to beach, nice and clean rooms, update standard. The food is ok. Restaurant close early, at 1900. Staff is serviceminded. The price for hotel in this region is high, compared to south.

The hotel is on the beach next to many others. Front desk service is uneven...depends who is there as to service level. Wifi is weak...I am guessing IT does not inhibit streaming so if you need basic email or something during waking hours...good luck. Breakfast is poor -- tiny buffet, eggs pre cooked before opening so dead cold (secret - ask for scrambled eggs and they will be hot). Pool is nice. If you do not have a car you will be stuck. Walking distance to hiway nothing but grimy industrial stuff. In the main not a bad place for beach access. Maid service is top notch!

Poor excuse for a resort. Very poorly maintained. Furniture cushions are unclean. In room fridge has moulds. Aircon dusty. Bathroom fixtures are very rusty and water smells funky. Front desk said last call for meals is at 830 but resto is closed before 8pm. No one answers front desk phone because no one is there by that time. Had to look for food outside. Pool is also dirty and poorly lit at night. People who serve your food don't even wear masks. Better off to stay at a motel.

I celebrated my birthday here last August 15-18, 2022. I requested politely for a birthday set-up in one of our three rooms for myself, and they did not disappoint us. There were balloons and even a happy birthday banner inside my room. It was even near the beach area. I really appreciated that. Here are just some points that I noticed during our stay, in the perspective of a front office agent. I hope the hotel accepts these criticisms of mine constructively: 1. Some of the staff in the hotel are not that very welcoming nor hospitable, it's odd that the housekeeping staff and security personnel are the ones who always greet guests a good morning with a smile. F&B staff wasn't that really approachable, and some of the staff from the FO. 2. We stayed in three deluxe rooms with 2 double beds. The room was fine, I just noticed that the mini fridge has mold already and the comfort room inside the room has a lot of bugs, not sure what kind of bugs were there but most likely they look like fruit bugs. I suggest putting a window screen on the windows inside the comfort rooms to avoid bugs and insects coming inside. 3. Pool is not well lit during the night, and I believe their pool is not cleaned daily. :( 4. I suggest that if you guys can clean even your area only along the beachfront, there is a lot of trash in front of the hotel. It would be great if you can clean your beach front area daily. Last but not the least here are my things that I loved in your hotel during our stay: 1. Free brewed, 3 in 1, and milo every day. :) 2. Ms. Badette and Ms. Alyssa from the front office are very much commendable, not to mention the housekeeping staff and security personnel were all very hospitable. 3. They have 3 pools. I would enjoy it more if the pool was cleaned daily, staying there for 4 days and 3 nights but I never noticed if they cleaned the pool. Last but not the least, as we are all working in the hospitality industry, let us not forget to always make our guests feel welcome, it's not that every day your guests are on vacation, make them enjoy their stay with you but provide excellent guest service. Your resort is already good, make it better by providing superior and excellent service. :)

Good for families. Pools are nice, rooms is ok, location is easy to locate, near to restaurants outside the vicinity, but it’s quite expensive especially their foods thats why we just went to turo turo outside. I’ll be visiting again next time
