This was hands down the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Let’s start with check-in – there was no staff, no guidance, no front desk, just pure confusion. I waited almost 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get access to the room. No signage, no instructions, nothing.
When I finally got in, the room was absolutely disgusting. The air smelled stale and musty. Stained bedsheets, hair in the bathroom, dusty surfaces – it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The air-cond was weak, and the noise from the streets made it impossible to rest.
The listing claimed to have parking, but I arrived and there were no available spots. I had to park far away and walk in the rain with all my luggage.
And here’s the real kicker – they demanded RM100 as a deposit and NEVER refunded it. I tried contacting them multiple times, but no reply, no help, no refund. Total scam.
⚠️ Future guests, BEWARE:
Take full video and photo proof of the room condition when you enter, or they might accuse you of damage and refuse to return your deposit. This place is shady and untrustworthy.
There were no basic amenities, no Wi-Fi password, no bottled water, no toiletries – nothing. This is not a “suite” – it’s just a glorified dirty room in a badly managed building.
Location is the only decent thing, but even that can’t save this place from being a total disaster.
💸 Save your money and sanity – stay anywhere else but here.

My recent stay at The Sun Executive Suite was unfortunately marred by a very disappointing experience. After checking out, I was accused of leaving a bloodstain on the linen—something I absolutely did not do. The host showed me a photo, but I firmly deny any involvement.
What makes this worse is that I had already paid RM70 for a cleaning fee, which should reasonably cover normal incidents like minor stains. Despite this, they insisted on deducting RM30 from my deposit. It feels like an unfair charge, possibly even a scam or recurring tactic they use with guests.
It’s extremely disappointing, especially when I was respectful and clean throughout my stay. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise future guests to take photos at check-in and be very cautious, especially when it comes to deposit refunds and post-stay accusations.
