Hôtels en bord de mer à Tossa de Mar

Absolutely loved my stay there, the staff was so nice and welcoming. My room was small but I didn't need more space - the bed was double and very comfy and I had my own bathroom (pretty big in comparison) with lots of towels, fresh soap and tubes of showering gel (I travelled lightly so it was welcomed) so what else can one need. I loved the included breakfasts and the breakfast timeslot (from 8 to 12 - take notes all you other hotels out there!). There was a lot of variety for the price so IMO the food should satisfy most of the folks - I liked chorizo and cured ham, the wide selection of vegetables, the bread and croissants, and last but not least, the coffee was, pardon my expression, pretty damn good for a two star hotel. Tea was very ordinary in comparison but still okay. Having a kettle and a fridge in my room was super convenient. Wifi and tv quality was great. The walls aren't thick so when there's more guests it can get noisy - which didn't happen often to me but I can imagine how it can be during the high season - but that's a problem in most hotels all over the world. People are noisy animals, most of them. So if you are easily irritated etc consider taking & using earplugs, I guess. There were only two real downsides, let's say one and a half because only one was serious. My room was a bit too warm for my taste and when I realized that opening the window doesn't help, I tried using the air conditioning - which didn't work. I tried all the options, and the cooling mode made the room warmer instead of cooler. Which was a bummer. I didn't report that to the staff, since it wasn't a big issue for me at the moment - I spent most of my time outside the hotel anyway and came back at night when it was much cooler. But I can imagine it becoming a serious problem during the regular season in the summer or later in the spring. Air conditioning in a place like Tossa is essential, so yeah, better fix that ASAP, Turissa. Another thing, very minor this time, was that the cleaning lady who goes in to your room every day has a habit of straightening out the sheets on the bed every time. Yeah, like she did that every single day, lol. I mean I'm not that picky... Are you guys that picky (whoever reads this) ? Just leave it be and save yourself the work, lady, because you know it's gonna be a mess the next day, and the next, and the next - so it's like fighting windmills - unless your name is Donna Quixote, this is something uncalled for. But you know guys, if that's the only complaint one can make about the hotel, then you know Turissa is more than alright. Amiright or amiright guys;) Wish I could stay longer. PS: Oh and there's a pool for the guests, too. I didn't really have time to use (we were more excited dipping our toes in the sea anyway) it but I could watch it every day from the cantina when having my breakfast. Nice!

Les installations de l'hôtel sont excellentes, les sanitaires sont propres et l'emplacement est idéal. Il se trouve à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Tossa de Mar. Le service est également très agréable. Le seul problème est le manque de places de parking ; il est donc nécessaire de réserver à l'avance. Sinon, vous devrez vous garer sur un parking extérieur, ce qui est assez compliqué. Vous devrez conduire et verrouiller le garage vous-même, ce qui est peu pratique.

Un peu ancien hôtel. La jeune fille de la réception et le petit frère assistant du premier jour sont très gentils. La dame de la prochaine journée, la plus grande dame de la prochaine journée, passera plus de 15 minutes à la sortie, les grands drapes, perdre du temps. Les installations de la chambre sont un peu vieilles, l'hôtel est très petit, le niveau maximal de Samsung. Le petit déjeuner est choqué, il n'y a pas de pommes de terre, il y a quelques petits morceaux de pain et de pommes de terre. Le bénéfice est que la position géographique est supérieure, il ne sera plus là plus tard.

Très satisfait, le petit déjeuner buffet est même avec des poissons de poissons de poissons, l'eau n'a pas été disponible, la maison est également très bonne, il y a un balcon, le café doit être plein, très satisfait

L'hôtel est situé dans un bon endroit pour marcher à la plage (environ 10-15 minutes), et il y a une piscine extérieure dans l'hôtel, adapté à quiconque aime jouer à l'eau. Le petit déjeuner est très occupé et il n'y a pas beaucoup de types, mais il est OK à manger simplement. Les chambres sont très bien entretenues et disposent d'une petite terrasse, qui est bon pour le soleil.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely Reste à l'hôtel Vénus Neptune  Le Neptune Venus Hotel nous a offert un séjour agréable et relaxant. Il a fait notre séjour plus agréable et était certainement l'un des points de vue de notre visite.  L'hôtel est à quelques pas de la ville et de la plage, bien qu'il soit un peu plus loin que prévu. La chambre est très vieille mais elle a été maintenue propre et bien entretenue. Le petit déjeuner était bon, avec beaucoup de choix délicieux. Le restaurant est un restaurant très confortable et très confortable. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. L'amical personnel, de bonnes aliments et la propreté ont fait de notre expérience agréable. Nous serions heureux de rester ici une fois de plus lors de la visite de Tossa de Mar. ❤️

The hotel is ok, but the service is quite bad. There are no people at the reception, so I communicated with them via what's up. While they claim 24h support, they don't respond in the evenings. The what's app bot is terrible: every time you start convesation, you recieve a few messages from bot, which are completely useless, connecting directly to people would have been way more convinient. Also the support itself is not great at some aspects, like I informed them in the beginning of our stay that the light above the bed works badly, like it works for short time, then it stops and asked to change the bulb, which they didn;t do during the whole duration of our stay. In some cases they were helpful, I must admit, but nothing special. The breakfasts are also quite bad and below from what you expect from 4 stars hotel (even in 3 starts in Spain I got better breakfasts). Overall, this electronic receptions feels very liveless. The condition of the hotel is also quite poor. Like there is massive hole in the ceiling in the passage close to the restaraunt, bucket under this hole and it doesn;t seem like they are going to fix it. I would not recommend this hotel.
