I rested with my sister, we really liked everything, I recommend it, the hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and nice, the breakfasts were wonderful, I also recommend a massage, you will not regret it if you choose this hotel « Melrose Rethymno by Mage Hotels”

The room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was fully equipped. Stuffs were very friendly. Great location for driving in and out. Pavlos Beach was 200 meters away. You can take a bus to Rethymno old town rather than driving. For for shopping, Lidl was 5 mins. away on foot. Highly recommend! 房间非常干净舒适。小厨房设施齐全。员工非常友好。位置优越，适合开车进出。距离 Pavlos 海滩 200 米。可以乘巴士前往雷西姆农老城区，而不必开车。步行 5 分钟即可到达 Lidl买吃的。强烈推荐！

Location was great, walking distance to beach, town, restaurants, bars and shops. Beautiful clean and spacious room with excellent hosts.

Superbe place. À côté de la plage et de belles chambres et service sont tout à fait en haut. Délicieux petit déjeuner. Le repas que j'ai servi à la piscine était délicieux

L'environnement est bon. L'appartement de plafond habité. La balcone peut voir la mer. A côté de Retsim Farm, sur une colline. Parking à la porte à la suite 😅 En fait, l'île de Crète est grande, donc les touristes ne touchent pas la vie des gens locaux. Vous pouvez conduire sur des plages. Quelques Européens peuvent avoir des tiges solaires et des tiges. Et gratuitement, le dernier jour, je suis en train de trouver un, je suis assis sur la plage, le vent de mer, et je suis très confortable.  Le lac Blue Lake est magnifique, mais il teste les compétences et l'état de la voiture et l'énergie physique! La viande de l'île de Crite est la meilleure alimentation et la méthode traditionnelle unique de la boulangerie - entourée d'une boulangerie de parfum!

We stayed at May Hotel for two nights before flying back to Germany, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in early. We booked the half-board option, and both the breakfast and dinner were good. Breakfast offered a nice variety of choices, and dinner was tasty with enough selection. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The hotel also has a gym with enough equipment for a basic workout, which was a nice bonus during our stay. The hotel itself is comfortable, although the rooms and facilities feel a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation. The location is also not the most convenient, as there is no direct beach access—you’ll need to walk a few minutes to reach the beach. Overall, it’s a good value for money with excellent service, comfortable rooms, decent food, and useful amenities. With some modernization and a more convenient beach location, it would easily be an even better stay.

Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und wurde durch regelmäßig wechselnde Themenabende bereichert. Jeden Abend traten unterschiedliche Musiker auf, die ein vielseitiges Repertoire an Liedern boten – für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Die Zimmer waren sauber und liebevoll vorbereitet, mit frischem Obst sowie einer Flasche Wein und Sekt zur Begrüßung.

Tout le personnel là-bas sont très gentils et aimables. La chambre est très bien équipée et propre. Vous pouvez faire beaucoup à l'hôtel, spa, billard, jeux de cartes, nager, etc. Il y a même deux piscines. Le repas était aussi excellent. Vous avez beaucoup de choix au buffet. Et le menu au buffet de dîner change toujours. La situation de l'hôtel est également méga bon. 2 minutes à la plage. À côté de cela il ya des stations de bus et mini-supermarché.

The Hotel is located at a 25 min walking distance from the old town. There is no on site parking. The nearest free parking is 10 to 12 mins by walk. The family room is not appropriately designed. The main bed is in a loft with no ventilation or air conditioner. The toilet is very small. The breakfast at the restaurant is very sparse. Expected much better. This is not a value for money hotel.

Great place to stay. Even had a small kitchen in the room. Acces to 3 swimingpools and right next to the beach. Friendly staff and rarely heard any noise from outside. Bars, supermarkets, restaurants and ofcourse the beach right outside the hotel. Will come again.
