Location was perfect, minutes from the cathedral. Ask for directions in the hotel on where the free parking is located, (a bit tricky to find) when getting there. Room was ok, needed to be cleaned, dust everywhere, and hardly any extra amenities (just soap/shampoo dispensers). The lighting in the room was not the best. For an overnight stay, it was ok.

Amazing boutique hotel in Guadix, On the way from Barcelona we were tired to drive further, we stopped in Guadix near the cathedral, And my wife saw a sign hanging from this boutique hotel, we walked a minut to the entrance and were straight away impressed by this. Very nice and helpfull lady showed us around and directly we decided to stay for the day and night. Made the booking, parked our car at their private parking without any extra costs. The room has nothing to say , all great no any comments simply top! We had a dinner in the restaurant was very good , specially the tuna tataki pfft soo good. After a good night sleep we had a beautiful breakfast with all you want to have in the morning, simply top. We will come back for sure to this great romantic place and location.

We had the pleasure of staying at your hotel in a Bentofail Andalusia on our way to Portugal. From booking to arrival/check-in we had the pleasure of speaking to and meeting the lovely Lucia. She couldn’t have possibly been more helpful. If I owned a hotel I would steal her! The hotel is beautiful with tastefully designed and furnished rooms, in the heart of the old town, absolutely splendid. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was really very good and again the staff were welcoming. Because of the size of our car, it wouldn’t fit into the garage and so we parked maybe 100 yards away in a quiet street. The following morning when we had checked out and returned to the car with our luggage, we found we had a flat tyre. We returned to the hotel and the lovely Lucia, who was thankfully still on duty, found us a local garage to try to repair the puncture. Within 10 to 15 minutes the garage arrived and looked at the car tyre and advised it really needed to be replaced but because of the size of the car that it wasn’t a normal size, so if we wanted a new one, which is what he suggested he wouldn’t be able to help us because he wouldn’t be able to have one delivered within the next 48 hours. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the time to wait and so the mechanic set about fixing the tyre, re filling it and advised that we regularly check the pressure along the way and have it changed as soon as possible. On site car parking, a great welcome and a comfortable well equipped room. There is small but pleasant bar and an adjacent restaurant, there is also a very pleasant courtyard style seating area. The hotel is centred in the heart of the town near the key attractions and is somewhere we would return to again.

This boutique hotel is located in the old town close to the cathedral with parking either at the hotel or on street within a minute’s walk. The room was a good size but the wood beams were very dusty. As for the bathtub it would be hard to justify using at least a 1/2 cubic meter of water to have a bath, especially in Spain. There was bathrobes but no belts for them. There was an exterior jacuzzi although it wasn’t in use and looked like it hadn’t worked for some time. By far the worst part of our staying was the evening meal we had at their restaurant. I had the garlic soup but couldn’t taste any garlic and my missus had the mushrooms scrabbled which she lordly left untouched. No sooner had the plates been taken away that our main courses arrived. My missus had croquettes which we served on a few salad leaves and we not very nice at all. I had the pork loin with few new potatoes that were cooked without removing the roots still on them. The only thing we enjoyed was the wine we ordered. Sadly the worst meal we had in Spain.

Stayed 2 nights to tour Guadix and The Badlands. Staff very helpful. Hotel overall is beautiful and a welcome drink in the small snug was great. We stayed half board , whilst there wasn't a lot of choice the food was lovely. The room was lovely, and had a lovely view, but was let down by the awful smell coming from the drains/sinks, but that got better the more we used them. I would also recommend the hotel look into getting a brighter light in the entrance/wardrobe area- you just can't see a thing when trying to sort your clothes out! That being said- I would definitely stay here again.

Es una casa del siglo XVI restaurada con muy buen gusto y convertida en un hotel de veinte habitaciones, no más. Está a tres pasos (casi literalmente) de la Plaza de la Constitución y de la catedral, así que más céntrico imposible. Tiene parking gratuito para los clientes y un patio muy agradable. Me quedé con las ganas de utilizar el restaurante (que tiene entrada independiente pero también acceso desde el hotel) pero ya lo haré en otra ocasión. La habitación que nos tocó es muy silenciosa, y esa es otra ventaja innegable. No tenía vistas a ninguna parte y el cuarto de baño se hace un poco estrecho, aunque la ducha es amplia. Le falta también algo de luz. Pese a esos pequeños defectos, es un hotel perfectamente válido para disfrutar de Guadix, una de las ciudades más interesantes de Granada.

La ubicación, el parking gratuito, y el hotel en sí, muy bien. El hotel se ubica en un palacete precioso. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tiene todos los servicios que uno espera. Sin embargo, desde nuestro punto de vista, falla el tema restauración, tanto la cena (la teníamos incluida) como el desayuno (muy básico). Si mejorase el tema de la comida, sería un lugar de 10
