The website didn’t mention they’re under construction when making our reservation. Lobby and breakfast area are closed. Checkin is in a very tight area. Limited breakfast must be taken to room. Room has a small kitchen but no table and only 1 chair. The noise from the highway is loud all night, and even the wall AC doesn’t block it. The only good thing was the room was very clean.

We visited about 3 years ago and was just so pleasantly surprised with the beautiful remodel. We enjoyed our visit, the breakfast does need to be updated, maybe more choices. The biscuits and gravy were so yummy.

Room was dirty sheets looked slept in toiletries used towels looked touched and air conditioning didn’t work the bathroom ceiling fan was literally hang down the floor felt scuzzy had to use my flip flops and definitely slept with my clothes on as they didn’t have another room there was no coffee and dirty utensils in dishwasher was told next day that room should not have been opened

I would have given it a higher review but for these issues 1. No hair dryer and none at front desk to use either, 2 towels were dirty not just stained. Hairs on them. Although they gave us new towels & apologized it was still disconcerting. Room was clean, bed ok. Lights by bed didn’t work but after pulling bed out from the wall we discovered the plug was loose from wall

This facility is one of the cleanest and comfortable I've ever stayed in. The rate vs facility was incredible. I was not expecting something so special for the cost. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely stay here if you have the opportunity.

Very pleased with the care that went into the renovations to the hotel. It is so nice to stay in a hotel that values their customers! The staff were friendly and professional which we certainly appreciate!!

This will be my home away from home. I am a contractor and travel lot to this area and this hotel is perfect fit for my needs. All rooms are like brand new and modern amenities. The room is super clean and staff is very friendly and they have proof parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel .

I was traveling to Beaumont on my business trip and stayed at Baymont Inn and I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable and I like all amenities and room was like brand new. Great staff and very friendly service.

I love this hotel, it's the best, everything is very clean and the staff are friendly. And the price is worth everything. Everything was perfect. The staff was helpful, the accomodations were beautiful and the breakfast was superb. It couldn't have been better. Thanks

The room was very nice and super clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and the water pressure was great. I was impressed with all of the modern amenities.

Wonderful room very clean. Love the stove and refrigerator in the room with dishwasher. Friendly staff. It was a very pleasant stay. We came here to Beaumont for a MercyMe concert and decided to stay another night simply because we loved our room.

It was a pleasant stay at Baymont hotel in Beaumont. I was on my business trip in Beaumont and I stayed there for 5 nights and I was very pleased . The room was absolutely stunning for this price the bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very specious and it was super clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Amazing room with great amenities. It was a great stay, beds are very comfortable! staff are really friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel Shower are really nice with the LED mirror and it was specious………………………………………………………..
