During my recent stay at Taj Mahal ,Lucknow , I experienced a mix of positives and areas that could use improvement. Check-In: The check-in process was smooth and relatively quick, but it felt a bit impersonal. The staff were efficient, yet a bit more warmth and welcoming attitude would have enhanced the experience. Stay: The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided met my expectations, and I enjoyed a peaceful night's rest. The hotel's location was convenient, and I appreciated the facilities offered. A special mention to Farheem, who ensured we had a pleasant experience during breakfast. His attentive service and friendly demeanor made mornings enjoyable. Check-Out: Unfortunately, the check-out process left much to be desired. It was quite confusing, and there was a lack of clear communication from the staff. Additionally, I did not receive a thank-you note or any acknowledgment of my stay, which felt impersonal and disappointing. To make matters worse, I have not yet received my checkout bill, which has caused some inconvenience as I need it for reimbursement purposes. Overall, while my stay was generally pleasant, the check-out process needs significant improvement. Better communication, a more organized procedure, and a touch of gratitude from the hotel staff would greatly enhance the guest experience. I hope the management takes these points into consideration for future guests.
