L'emplacement est bon, le transport est pratique et le prix est très élevé ; la belle femme nommée Guo à la réception est très bonne, et le service est très attentionné, méticuleux et attentionné, comme ça ! ! !

房間不大，不過對於一個人來説，這空間夠了
好的方面1.網速快，我是b站up主，上傳視頻，網速夠用，而且wifi密碼就寫在前台，不像我第二天住的還得自己掃碼 2.性價比高，北京那種物價離譜的地方，179住到這樣的酒店太划算了，如果不是找到這家酒店，節儉的我寧可睡大街也不住300多的其他酒店
不好的方面1.隔音差，隔壁咳嗽都一清二楚，走廊拉個行李箱聲音巨大 2.床頭插座電壓不穩，沒法躺着玩，不過電視下邊插座挺穩，能燒熱水 3.門後牆壁有淺淺的黑印，看着像鞋子踩的。不過這些問題無傷大雅，晚上我睡得挺香的

又小又臟，服務不好，要求開發票，還怨我當時沒開，我明明掃碼了寫了訊息，服務員根本沒告訴我登記完了要在那開紙質版的發票、結果我打電話聯繫了他們告訴了開票訊息和快遞地址還需要到付，這些都無所謂了，但是第六天了發票還沒收到，微信聯繫根本不回

前台態度很好，滿意。但是我從來沒住過蓋兩床被子頭都很冷的賓館，門外的換氣扇的聲猶如拖拉機發動機，轟隆隆隆……一直不停，淋浴頭衹有中間的孔可以出水，淋浴旁邊的窗户透的風可以把火都吹滅……這樣的房間不值得這樣的價格……這是我住過最差的酒店，沒有之一

①拖鞋是假的一次性，鞋底都是黑的
②洗衣服沒有洗衣液；晾衣架需要去前台交按金自取
③房間總有漏水聲音；隔音效果差，早上被走廊阿姨大聲説話吵醒
④電梯指示燈很暗
⑤洗髮水很難擠出來，可能為了讓旅客少用
⑥wifi時不時連不上
⑦每個衞生間洗澡下水都不利，滿腳都是臟水
總總結：極度省配置的酒店，光我在這裏住的時間，就聽到兩個住客不滿意，別提我我了，以上問題是每個客人都可能遇到的。
評價：300塊錢一晚，要麼是老闆太黑心，要麼是成本確實高

酒店在攜程顯示提供“免費停車場”，而實際上酒店沒有停車場。 旁邊是一個商業停車場，每小時6元。我下午住店，第二天上午八點退房，停車花了將近100元。酒店前台告訴我，酒店不負責停車費用，衹能是我自費。

説實話要不是在北京，暑期旅遊旺季，出差標準400，賓館離工作點近，我是不會住的。衞生間洗澡下水不快，自己通的。不到10平米的房間還隔出衞生間，還有個柱子。床墊能不能加個墊子，鋼絲都硌人。衞生還算乾淨。

雖然住在北京房子比較小空間有點小，沒有窗户的房間，有一些味道有些憋。但是服務態度還不錯，挺好的，每日打掃離地鐵站也不是很遠，出行方便公交就在門口，樓下有各種商店可以吃飯，早點吃的也方便，退房後還可以免費寄存一天的行李，這個價錢在北京值得推薦👍

很差，價格再便宜也請避雷! 晚上7點多鐘的時段，1）服務差:衹有前台一個人，沒有服務員提供不了服務；
2）設施差: 房間空間實際感受比照片小，空調老舊制熱效果有限，冬天室温低，睡覺冷。
3）衞生差: 電熱水壺裡嚴重水銹，屋內異味嚴重（這還是定的帶窗户的房間，不敢想象無窗的房間狀態會什麼樣）。
總而言之，這家店一定要避雷!!!
不要被這家店的地理位置和低廉價格誘惑，因為根本就連這個價格都不值，大家千萬多走幾步，去個別的店吧。這家就是個一次性消費店不會再去了。
