방은 크고 나쁘지 않아요 위치는 뭐 북경 변두리쪽이라…다만 위생상태가 조금 안좋아요 시설도 좀 노후가 많이 됐고, 체크인 또한 쉽지는 않아요.

Poca comunicación con dueño de la casa, reservamos una casa para 6 personas y solo habían 2 camas de matrimonio. La casa muy mal olor a tabaco, objetos personales del dueño, baños sucios y en general poca limpieza. Muy poco recomendable

Сам номер неплохой. Два этажа, три двойные кровати достаточно большого размера, один туалет с душем, один просто туалет. То есть на 6 человек вполне комфортно. Рядом куча магазинчиков, включая магазин с фруктами, рестораны. Но отношение хозяев и организация заставляют желать лучшего. Когда заселились, оказалось, что на 5 человек нам дали 2 больших полотенца и два маленьких. Причем большие были только что постираны и абсолютно мокрые. Через скандал выбили еще полотенца. При вселении дают QR код, без которого на лифте не подняться. На второй день выяснилось, что этот код меняется каждый день и выдается в 12 часов. Выяснилось это только поздно вечером, когда мы вернулись после прогулки. Час вечером проторчали в подъезде пока через знакомую не выбили этот новый ключ. Мусор не выносят, так как пока мы там живем, они не входят в номер. Спросили куда выкидывать, нам сказали выставить пакеты с мусором за дверь. Первый раз их забрали, а второй они там простояли три дня. Естественно номера и не убираются. The room itself is not bad. We stayed in the entrance for an hour in the evening until our friend managed to call them and to receive this new key. They don't take out the gabbage, because, as they said while we live there, they don't come in. We asked where to throw it away, we were told to put the bags of garbage outside the room near the door. The first time it was taken away, and the second time it stood there for three days. Naturally, the rooms are not cleaned.
