L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, la vue au dernier étage est très bonne, les installations sont bien équipées, le service est également très bon, le transport est très pratique, l'ambassade est à distance de marche du visa, et il y a beaucoup d'ambiance amusante et délicieuse

Les installations sont vieilles, les fenêtres sont cassées et ne peuvent pas être fermées, la climatisation est mauvaise et l'assainis*****t doit être amélioré. L'environnement de l'appartement n'est pas très confortable. En entrant dans le hall du premier étage, on se sent mal à l'aise, sale et sombre... Bref, c'est déconseillé. Les installations et l'environnement sont trop chers

來北京玩能找到一家這麼有性價比的酒店真的很不錯👍距離周邊的景區也基本都是30分鐘內的車程，地鐵站也在旁邊，房間的日照時間很長，還可以晾曬衣服

為了北京馬拉松來北京一個週末，定了一個東直門附近的酒店。如果可以給港灣國際零顆星我肯定會給
酒店在一個寫字樓裏面，地方還算好找，但是出電梯之後酒店是一個比較昏暗邋遢的過道，應該是有兩層，第一層的第一個房間是酒店前台。
登記入住之後來到一個房間，窗户的拉鎖是松的，無法正常關閉（能聽見正對面馬路上的噪音）
於是用微信通知了管家，換了一間房。
來到第二間房，住下來仔細看了一下，跟圖片完全不一樣。
房間沒有放行李的架子，就是一個沙發和兩個小桌子，靠近窗户的位置是沒有頂燈所以顯得特別灰暗。

床頭是沒有全屋的燈開關的（但是有一個假的開關盒子我也是震驚了），床本身是非常的硬，躺在上面隔着被子都能感受到下面的彈簧。
洗手池就在床旁邊，洗手池的頂燈也是無法開的。
衞生巾是一個很奇特的設定，直接上圖把。乾濕不分離，洗衣機就在淋浴的旁邊，味道特別大（之後通過攜程客户反應，商家還狡辯自己的洗手間沒有味道，你們難道不看自己的評論嗎？不止我一個人説洗手間有味道）。
於是微信管家，申請退房（這時候距離我入店的時間10分鐘不到），這也是我人生第一次決定沒有睡就直接退房。
通過攜程介入，商家不願意退第一晚的房間，我能理解。通過攜程客户溝通，爭取收一部分違約金，退大部分的房錢，商家任然不同意。
自己酒店什麼情況自己知道。
