Avis : Beijing Yashe Hotel Apartment

Our stay in this hotel was amazing! It feels like being home, the room it’s really big, has kitchen, good amenities and the view is great, the environment in the neighborhood it’s quiet and relaxing, the customer service it’s also great! I definitely recommend this place and of course I’ll book it again in the future!

The room is cozy and clean. The owner is a very pleasant, friendly women, always she help and so fast replying. There are many cafes, shopping centre, park, super market nearby, and the subway station is not far away. It's a good price for such a location. Definetelly I recommend this hotel.

It was nice apartment. Same like on pictures. Wasn’t that clean. It was around 12 minutes from the metro.

The apartment relatively good for it’s price and for this location. It’s placed near metro and mall. apartment was a little old but clean (except some kitchenware, but we clean dishes before to use anyway so it was not too disappointing). landlady is always available in WeChat, which is good. Also she helped us take a taxi. Generally the whole experience I would estimate as 3.8/5…4/5

It's kind of confusing how we enter the apartment. We need some guidance at first. The building was fine, but the room was huge and super nice! I really liked my stay here . Stayed here for 2 nights and I had amazing sleep. They provided perfect amenities. They also provide a washing machine. The view from the balcony also nice

Good host and Clean Room

第一次在這個軟件上訂，沒想到的是沒有門頭是在小區裏面的，但是後來也是通過加上微信的方式找到了房間，小姐姐也很耐心的再給我協助，進入房間感覺整體還是可以的，但是房間裏面拖鞋的地方是有小蟲子的，衞生間也是有異味，和我平時住的酒店不一樣問了小姐姐可以延時嗎？小姐姐説的是收費延時的，可能是我預訂房間的價格便宜吧😃 總之來説第一次用這個軟件，也是首次知道公寓式酒店是沒有店面是在小區裏😁，還有就是房間裏面是沒有可使用的礦泉水衹有飲水機但是也不知飲水機上面的水放了多久的😃 ：最重要的是房間裏面可以做飯但是他沒有消防設施，總體體驗一般吧，主要是小姐姐的服務也是不錯的

Als wir nach einem langen Reisetag das Apartment erreichten, standen wir vor verschlossener Tür. Der Besitzer ist nur über Telefon erreichbar und so mussten wir den Pförtner am Eingang des Grundstücks bitten uns zu helfen. Eine Stunde später hatten wir dann endlich Zimmernummer und Türcode… Die Wohnung war dreckig, es hing noch gewaschene Bettwäsche und das Bett war steinhart. Am gleichen Tag wollte und konnte man uns nicht mehr helfen, am nächsten Tag sollten wir nachmittags umziehen, aber das hätte unsere ganze Planung für Peking gesprengt. Die Küche ist nicht nutzbar, alles sehr dreckig und keimig. Der Trinkwasserspender war fast leer. Wir sind froh, dass wir nur 4 Nächte gebucht haben. Es ist das Geld nicht wert.

環境很不錯，旁邊就是畢淘買，也很方便，而且有陽台還能做飯，設施很完善。就是住完之後手上起了小紅疙瘩，不知道是不是衞生有待提高。

離機場距離挺近就選擇住這了 衞生：進門看見了一衹小強 設施：床很軟很舒服 陽台挺大 通風良好

房子沒有想象中那麼大，據説有公攤面積，實際面積大概50平，地理位置不錯，好找，交通便利，環境比較安靜，適合一到兩人旅行休息。

極差，埋汰，下水道味道重。態度差

很不錯的體驗，位置也好，地鐵站附近 中間出了點小插曲也很快解決了，不錯的民宿
