Avis : Hakone Gora Byakudan

Totally worth it—everything was perfect! The room was great, the staff were lovely, the service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. I loved it and highly recommend going!

I've had the pleasure of staying at several high-end hotels, including the Hakone Gora Byakudan. Without a doubt, Byakudan surpasses its competitors in every aspect. The service, facilities, and genuine care for guests are exceptional. I only wish I could have extended my stay. The room was flawlessly clean, and the bed provided a truly restful night's sleep. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, readily available to assist with any needs. The hotel's location is convenient, offering easy access to local attractions. Additionally, the complimentary car service to nearby destinations such as art museums and the cable station was a thoughtful touch. The Japanese dinner and breakfast were beyond delicious, featuring a diverse array of options. The snacks and wine bar were equally impressive. I particularly enjoyed the massage chair and the delightful ice-cream selection. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hakone Gora Byakudan to anyone visiting the area

We stayed at Byakudan and loved it. The staff were very kind and high quality of service. From the moment we walked in, we were attended to in great detail and provided excellent service and amenities. We stayed in the Jin Suite and it was very spacious, comfortable, clean and relaxing. The furnishings were a nice blend of Japanese and Western. The open air private onsen was large and private. Every dish in the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were delicious. We will definitely come back to stay at Byakudan in Hakone Gora again!

Private onsen on the room and you can have your own dinning area were super nice. You can enjoy all the amenities in the hotel. Highly recommended for couples and families who want to spend time together and do nothing because the atmosphere there was so relaxed. Friendly staffs and they even drove us to the nearest station.

The best hotel which i have ever tried, food is so so so good , service is excellent, looking forward to come again soon !

Everything is perfect. Nice and cosy. Recommend to stay 2 nights if you want to do a day trip around the area.

強羅白檀酒店入住體驗非常棒，完全超出預期，一次完美的箱根之行。辦入住的時候有抹茶和小點心，非常好吃。負責給我們辦理入住和介紹的高野早紀小姐姐漂亮又可愛❤️，會説一點中文溝通起來很順暢，非常耐心的詢問我們的需求。房間很大非常舒適，備品相當齊全，還有香薰爐。每個房間都有私湯，泡完超級放鬆。全天都有免費的咖啡、茶、牛奶，公湯入口有好吃的草莓冰淇淋。晚上8點到11點還額外提供免費的酒水飲料和糖果小吃。晚餐懷石料理非常贊，漂亮精緻又好吃，一道一道上，全程吃了2個小時，體驗了自己磨芥末，給我們服務的小姐姐非常耐心的介紹菜餚，服務特別特別好，第二天的日式早餐也非常非常豐盛，烤魚超級香。👍

一開始對於酒店的價位還有些猶豫，但想着有私湯還是咬咬牙沖一波。酒店圖就不放了，其他評論都有，説點不一樣的。就衹是當天的懷石料理晚餐以及第二天的日料早餐，就值2500+了。晚餐結束以後行政酒廊的飲品零食隨意自取，連可樂都是玻璃瓶裝的，這放在國內酒店也很少見。房間打掃的極為乾淨，配合香薰一到晚上就想睡覺，泡了私湯才精神一點，minibar很豐富，還有酒店的自製抹茶糕。洗浴用品，洗面奶，水乳都是最頂級的，服務水平也是國內酒店完全比不了的，這也是我給5分的理由。最後雖然沒有泡公共浴池，但是地下一樓冰箱內的冰淇淋絕對不要錯過，我們當天是小布丁+巧克力香蕉冰淇淋，炫了好幾個，如果還有機會來，我會帶着朋友一起！

大名鼎鼎的箱根白檀 全年基礎房最低價近六千，臨近預訂，攜程撿漏，五一黃金週能訂到實屬難得。 典型日式温泉酒店，私密性強，一共16間房，小而美，温泉水質很棒。 一泊二食，晚餐懷石料理，早餐也很講究，估計兩頓飯至少值回一半房價。 大堂全天供應茶水果汁，晚上提供小零食。 浴場旁邊冰箱內提供草莓牛乳冰激凌和巧克力。 房間有獨立泡池，泡温泉賞園林。洗護護膚品是全套mikimoto，冰箱內有免費飲品，細節透露了品質。

私湯和自然融為一體，和室的客廳很寬敞，洋室卧室，整個酒店裡瀰漫著檀香的氣息，大堂裏有24小時供應的咖啡茶水點心飲品等，晚餐和早餐都很精緻，豐富多彩，根據節日季節提供不同的食物，非常好的體驗。服務很周到，專車接送到附近的車站，房間冰箱提供免費飲料和食物，大浴場就顯得沒什麼特色了，就是稍微大一點而已。

槽點太多，逐一列舉：1.房間私湯景緻極差；2.公共浴室僅有一個大池，且沒有桑拿房分類基本配置；3.周遭環境單一，沒有庭園等設施；4.接駁車態度傲慢，僅停靠小湧谷站；5.食材新鮮程度一般。作為箱根較頂的幾家温泉酒店，不得不説較為失望。

撿漏的價錢 酒店條件確實沒得挑剔 小火車到站後直接通過平台打電話給前台叫車來接就可以了 十分鐘老爺爺就開車到了 餐食是一般的好吃 不要抱太大驚喜就不會失望 私湯太舒服了大家來了自行體會吧 唯一就是山裡的風實在太大 夜裡可能會睡不踏實

這個價位，很難不滿意，要是不滿意在，真的得狠狠點評 離大涌谷景點，開車十幾分鍾，很近，酒店🏨不大，真的看好了一定早定，家庭更合適，推薦帶私湯的房間，不用共用，直接房間都能搞定，最為方便，一般這樣的私湯就幾間，很緊俏，早下手，價格還能好一點，定了他家，一定把早晚飯一起定了，晚上泡泡温泉，吃個兩個小時的懷石料理，吃完接着回房間，定晚餐一定趕在六點前到，他家六點半是最後一次開餐，沒有就沒有了，畢竟要吃兩個小時，舒坦，早餐是定食，但是超級豐富，有日式和西式可以選擇，帶孩子給孩子選西式的，推薦日式，來都來了，一定嘗這個更豐富的，住的私湯房，最多四人，家庭，夥伴更為合適！房間所有飲料都免費🆓隨便造
