My experience was this hotel is excellent. I will definitely return to this hotel again if I go back to Tianjin. Also, I would like to stress the service and poiltness of the staffs in the hotel, especially for the lady that handled the lucky draw area. I cannot remember her name, but I met and communicate with this staff on 31 Dec 2024 (at 5.43pm), she was poilte, and proactively recommending few places to me that I could visit during the countdown night day. Hotel room was clean! Laundry facilities was high tech, and customer are allowed to write down note that you wish to get your dried clothes hang up or fold in a bag. This makes us feels so convenient as we could put our clothes to dryer, and then leave for our activity, after return, we just need to go back to the laundry room to collect our clothes. It was a complete plesant experience. Please continue to keep up the good work, hotel staffs! :-)

Staff can't speak English. Difficult to understand. I requested shower cap. They said don't have it. But I saw Chinese people got it. I think they should have take care foreigner customers as same Chinese customers.

Chaque fois que je viens à Tianjin pour affaires, choisir un hôtel me pose un casse-tête. C'est enfin réglé ! Je le recommande vivement ! Lors de mon enregistrement, le réceptionniste a vu que j'avais des médicaments chinois et m'a proposé une chambre de catégorie supérieure. Il était vraiment gentil et chaleureux. Merci ! Les installations de cet hôtel récemment ouvert sont toutes neuves et il n'y a aucune odeur de formaldéhyde. Plus important encore, il est très calme. Je dors très bien la nuit et le robot livre les repas très rapidement. J'y retournerai, que ce soit pour un voyage d'affaires ou pour le plaisir ! De plus, les oreillers sont très confortables ! C'est rare que les oreillers soient aussi confortables dans un hôtel. De plus, il est juste à côté de la gare de Tianjin, accessible en trois à cinq minutes à pied. En bref, je suis très satisfait. Je me suis senti très soulagé dès mon arrivée. Je vous souhaite de vous sentir encore mieux. 👍👍👍

Enjoyed our two night stay.The hotel staff is beyond amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Check in was smooth and fast , the staff is very kind,fast and helpful in answering any questions and addressing any issues. On second day, had an emergency travel to Beijing, Ms Pang Ping and Wang helped organize transport to airport to get subway to Beijing, she kept checking in to see where we had reached on our return back and organized for a car to pick us up since we arrived late at night. She handed us over to the evening staff smoothly to help us with the late night arrival back to the hotel. Mr Wang our driver to the airport spoke English and was helpful in giving us directions to the subway and train station. The driver, Mr. Chen, very kind man, was already at the airport by the time we arrived to pick us up. When we got to the hotel, he helped to get a refreshment from the hotel restaurant. We had an early morning flight and Ms Song Jia and Ms Wang Qian were very kind to give us a wake up call at 4:30am, organize for us a car to the airport and helped me us with our luggage . The hotel stay overall was comfortable and nice. Slept in the business double room. The rooms are spacious, very clean and are cleaned daily. There’s a self service laundry room at the hotel. Excellent service and staff.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Excellent facilities and totally worth the stay. Recommended for travelers who want a quiet night stay and also close hotel to the airport 🥰😘
