Il n'y a pratiquement aucun service et personne ne lit les messages intelligents du service client Xiaodu dans la salle. Vers 14 heures du soir, j'ai appelé le service client smart et j'ai demandé deux bouteilles d'eau. Personne ne l'a livré avant 10 heures le deuxième jour. D'autres articles commandés via le service client intelligent ont également été ignorés. J'ai appelé la réception pour demander de l'eau après dix heures, mais elle n'avait toujours pas été livrée à une heure. Je suis en colère, un si grand hôtel ne fournit même pas d'eau ? Je pensais qu'il y avait peu de monde à la réception, mais Lou a vu sept ou huit filles discuter ensemble à la réception. Tout simplement sans voix.
De plus, les chambres préférentielles sont toutes à l'intérieur. Les fenêtres sont très petites, la ventilation est particulièrement mauvaise et l'odeur terreuse est très forte. Les personnes atteintes de rhinite allergique éternueront dès qu'elles entreront dans la pièce. une chambre donnant sur la rue, il faut payer une différence de prix de 100 yuans Heureusement, on peut toujours le payer. J'ai apporté un diffuseur et je me suis contenté d'une nuit.
Je ne reviendrai pas à l'avenir.

It was hectic during check-in but we were warmly greeted by the Manager on duty (did not catch his name). He provided us a map with places of interest near the hotel and helped to check if our room was ready despite us arriving pretty early. Concierge staff happily helped us with our luggage as well. Additionally, we were unable to make a reservation for our dinner due to the lack of calling services and Manager Emily gladly assisted us with it. Superb service provided by the staff at Pan Pacific TianJin all in all, many thanks!

Tout d'abord, je me suis enregistré dans une chambre surclassée, puis les installations de soutien étaient très complètes, y compris des cuisinières à induction et des micro-ondes, des casseroles, des poêles, de la vaisselle, etc. Il y avait aussi un réfrigérateur et une machine à laver, mais je ne savais pas où les sécher après le lavage. Je suis très heureuse d'avoir une coiffeuse dédiée dans la maison, mais ce serait parfait si elle pouvait avoir une lampe de maquillage. Il n'y a pas de prise dans la zone de maquillage, mais il n'y a pas de place pour brancher le sèche-cheveux. La conception des poubelles sur l'île est plutôt bonne, dans l'ensemble elle est très bien, sauf que la poubelle dans la salle de bain est un peu petite et l'eau dans le lavabo de la salle de bain est un peu lente, ce qui est vraiment bien. D’ailleurs, les haut-parleurs sont également parfaits pour jouer les chansons de Deng Ziqi hahahaha ! A côté se trouve le Centre sportif olympique. C'est si proche que j'y suis allé à pied pour écouter le concert. Malheureusement, j'ai oublié de prendre des photos.

J'ai souffert d'un coup de chaleur il y a quelques jours et la réception a spécialement aidé à préparer Huoxiangzhengqi. J'étais censé prendre un repos décontracté près de l'entreprise. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful homestay in the 杨柳青 area of Tianjin, and I can't recommend it highly enough. As a stressed entrepreneur and doctor traveling from Shanghai, this trip was a much-needed break for me, and the homestay exceeded all my expectations.

IInvitéEnjoyed our two night stay.The hotel staff is beyond amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Check in was smooth and fast , the staff is very kind,fast and helpful in answering any questions and addressing any issues.
On second day, had an emergency travel to Beijing, Ms Pang Ping and Wang helped organize transport to airport to get subway to Beijing, she kept checking in to see where we had reached on our return back and organized for a car to pick us up since we arrived late at night. She handed us over to the evening staff smoothly to help us with the late night arrival back to the hotel. Mr Wang our driver to the airport spoke English and was helpful in giving us directions to the subway and train station.
The driver, Mr. Chen, very kind man, was already at the airport by the time we arrived to pick us up.
When we got to the hotel, he helped to get a refreshment from the hotel restaurant.
We had an early morning flight and Ms Song Jia and Ms Wang Qian were very kind to give us a wake up call at 4:30am, organize for us a car to the airport and helped me us with our luggage .
The hotel stay overall was comfortable and nice. Slept in the business double room. The rooms are spacious, very clean and are cleaned daily. There’s a self service laundry room at the hotel.
Excellent service and staff.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Excellent facilities and totally worth the stay. Recommended for travelers who want a quiet night stay and also close hotel to the airport 🥰😘

La location de l'hôtel était excellente, il y a de nombreux centres commerciaux à proximité et il est convaincant pour les touristes comme nous.
Les chambres sont propres et les services sont à ma disposition.
Je resterai là si je reviendrai à Tianjin.

ZZhangcaomeidayingyingService : Attitude de service très sympathique, très confortable. Merci à Bonnie, la responsable du lobby ce soir-là, qui nous a aidés à résoudre même les plus petites questions, même très tard.
Environnement : Qu'il s'agisse du prix inférieur à 400 RMB ou du style général, des équipements et des installations nouvellement construits, il est très adapté à la vie et se sent très à l'aise.
Très calme et insonorisé
Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité. Il existe de nombreuses variétés et l'attitude du service est également très bonne.
Emplacement : Excellent. De l'autre côté de la route se trouve Tianjin Sud, la station de départ de la ligne 3.
Il n'y a rien d'amusant ou de délicieux autour. Il y a encore de la place pour le développement.

Parler du petit déjeuner est encore très médiocre ! Aussi peu qu'un petit-déjeuner dans une chaîne d'hôtels ! Je ne veux pas du tout d’un petit-déjeuner cinq étoiles. J'espère que ça s'améliore ! L'attitude de service du gérant est très bonne ! Parlez-m'en davantage sur le minibar de ma chambre

IInvitéShangrila Hotel never disappoints me. Always an excellent stay with Shangrila. Staff are friendly and English speaking. Spectacular view at our window. Sumptuous and wide variety of choices for breakfast buffet. Amenities are world class. The price was worth the hassle free, enjoyable and memorable experience.

WWaiki AliLa chambre était plutôt propre, ordonnée et spacieuse. J'avais réservé cet hôtel uniquement pour la piscine, mais son utilisation n'était pas satisfaisante. La piscine se trouve dans une salle de sport privée et de nombreux maîtres-nageurs vous empêchent de nager, se prenant pour les maîtres des lieux. Ils sont également très impolis. La piscine est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter en famille, c'est certain. Le directeur de l'hôtel a dû intervenir pour tenter de résoudre le problème, mais il était déjà trop tard (nous nous sommes disputés avec deux des maîtres-nageurs, car ils étaient impolis et avaient dépassé les bornes avec nous). Pour nous excuser, le directeur nous a donné un bon de réduction de 200 yuans que nous pouvions utiliser dans l'un des restaurants du rez-de-chaussée. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était bien, mais pensez-y si vous souhaitez utiliser la piscine.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the attentive staff.
The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly furnished. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, and the amenities, including the well-stocked minibar and luxurious toiletries, added an extra touch of indulgence to my stay.
One of the highlights of my experience was the dining options at the hotel. Whether I was enjoying a sumptuous breakfast buffet or indulging in a gourmet dinner at the hotel's restaurant, every meal was a culinary delight. The diverse menu offered something for every palate, and the quality of the food was exceptional.
The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I made full use of the fitness center, which was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and I even had the chance to relax and unwind in the spa,
What truly set Crowne Plaza apart, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, from the concierge who helped me plan my day to the housekeeping staff who kept my room pristine.
Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the luxurious accommodations to the exceptional service, every aspect of my experience was top-notch. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay.
