We had a wonderful time! The staff is absolutely lovely and responsive. The breakfast and dinner buffet are great for kids. We absolutely loved the special Dino room. My kids felt very special with this room. The kids had a blast playing in the hot springs. I do wish the kids area was a little nicer for the price and that there were more options indoor and outdoor for kids. The fish pond is too expensive especially since there are so many dead fish in there. Overall, the experience was fine and I would go again because my kids had a fun weekend. I would not go to this place without children.

A well maintained but old hotel. Location is not very good if you are looking to visit the major sites in the city central, however it is nice and quiet and away from the chaotic crowds. There are also lots of small restaurants just 2-3 minutes walk, not touristy restaurants but those frequented by locals, which is another plus in staying here. The gym was well-equipped and with lots of machines. Open 24 hours, they also have an indoor heated swimming pool. Staff are pleasant; though checking in and out took some time. Rooms are large, clean and inexpensive. If you order takeout from ******* app, you can request for the staff to sent it up via the cute electronic waiter ◡̈
