Notre séjour au tribunal de Pékin était honnêtement l'un des points forts de notre voyage. Elle a aidé à laver nos vêtements et même les a pendus à sècher sans nous demander quelque chose que nous n'attendais pas, surtout en voyageant avec des enfants. Elle a pris du temps pour aider mes enfants et même emprunté des jouets qui les ont fait sentir à l'immédiat confortables et heureux. Le premier jour, elle a même offert de nous conduire dans sa propre voiture au parc, et non seulement nous quitter, mais aussi nous attendre. Elle a offert d'aider à acheter des fruits pour eux, et quand ma fille ne s'était pas bien sentie (qui se passe habituellement pour elle lorsque nous voyageons à l'étranger), elle nous a même aidé à obtenir les médicaments dont nous avons besoin. Ce niveau de soins a été si personnel et sincère, cela a vraiment significatif pour notre famille. Il a été très bien équipé avec des caractéristiques modernes, surtout la salle de confort, qui avait un chauffeur et une boîte à toilettes automatisée (Super convenable, surtout dans le temps froid!). L'espace était aussi très spacieux, ce qui a fait une telle grande différence pour nous comme une famille voyageant avec des enfants. The location is stunning and the room is well-sized for a family, modern and well decorated/ furnished in a luxury style. The gentleman looking after us was friendly, kind and helpful in booking a car, as well quick to respond to questions. The evening meal was delicious and he took us to an interesting restaurant for lunch. Hygiene was a big issue for us. The house was filthy inside and outside and needs to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a professional company. The BBQ area was so dirty it was unusable and we cleaned the outside table 3 times ourselves before using. Floors inside were filthy and only a dirty, old mop used to move the dirt around - no clean, hot water or cleaning materials were used. I threw one of the floor mats outside - these must be replaced and cleaned between guests! This meant I had to use towels on the floor to prevent slipping, which got really dirty. Staff should not wear outdoor shoes inside the property! Cupboards have greasy fingerprints all over them. There were bugs in the shower and in the curtains. I saw hair around the indoor bathtub, but didn’t use it. A thorough clean with soapy, hot water BEFORE guests arrive is required, as it’s below the common standards in China that we’ve observed while traveling (including in some budget hotels). Breakfast was delivered to the property, but it was tiny and plain. We had just come from a budget hotel that had cleaner rooms and a more substantial breakfast provided. The ‘hot springs’ are from a water tank at the back. Showers are okay but would benefit from a water pump to improve the pressure. Beds are fine, if a little on the soft side for us, but that’s a personal preference. Overall, this could be a beautiful, luxury stay, and the gentleman was so helpful and kind. However, it is important that the hygiene and breakfast is improved, especially as the pricing is on the high-end, and so guests will expect more in terms of quality. We won’t return, unfortunately.

Cet hôtel moderne est situé juste à côté de l'aéroport international de Pékin (PEK). Il faut environ 10 à 15 minutes pour rejoindre le terminal 3 en taxi ou en Didi. La chambre est peut-être un peu petite, mais le mobilier est très moderne et neuf. Malheureusement, il n'y avait pas de réfrigérateur dans ma chambre, mais cela n'a pas posé de problème pour mon séjour de deux nuits. Comme ma chambre donnait sur l'aéroport, j'entendais un peu plus le bruit des avions, mais cela n'a pas été gênant pendant la courte durée de mon séjour. Le personnel de la réception est très aimable et serviable. Il faut environ 45 minutes pour rejoindre le centre-ville en Didi, mais cela peut prendre beaucoup plus de temps en fonction de la circulation. J'ai toujours commandé mes repas en livraison, et le choix est satisfaisant. Parfait pour une courte escale ; j'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Bien que la chambre ne soit pas grande, le petit-déjeuner était copieux, le service excellent (10/10) et l'hôtel idéalement situé à proximité du téléphérique. Après le petit-déjeuner, on pouvait prendre directement le téléphérique pour monter et descendre, en évitant la foule – une expérience fantastique ! De plus, il est très facile de héler un taxi juste en bas ; il suffit de communiquer le numéro d'immatriculation à la réception. Très satisfait !

Dans l'ensemble, je suis assez satisfait. Même si le couloir n'est pas très neuf et est encore un peu vieillot, la chambre est ”unique”. Par rapport à un hôtel ordinaire, elle ressemble plus à une ”maison”. vue. L'attitude du service à la réception est bonne et elle est de haute qualité et à bas prix, les installations environnantes sont relativement complètes, il y a un petit-déjeuner très rentable non loin, des restaurants, des supermarchés, des bains, etc. .

The hotel has a nice concept or safari theme but somewhat under delivered. The pictures were nice but I think these are old pictures as it definitely needs upkeep or we think due for renovation and cleanliness of the surrounding needs more manpower. Pool is questionable and not inviting. Plus side: Very close to the great wall you can literally walk about 1km away to the gate. And the nearby grocery is a cheap way to buy local gifts to bring home. However you are far from the main Beijing City as in more than 1 hour by taxi and 2 hours if you get caught in the rush hour of beijing cost which cost about US$20 one way. The room is clean, big and decent for the price but really needs repair and I really question the security of the door as it was no secondary lock. The hot water is plenty, aircon is nice, internet is ok, soap is great. Service: They are family run I think 3 or 4 people, they try to accommodate but unlike other hotels in China, they don't try to utilize tech to translate. I understand they are kinda old. They don't automatically make up the room even though we stayed for 3 nights. so our garbage filed up. But we are ok with it. They were waiting even though we arrived at 2am which we appreciated. And the iced coffee is nice. Bad: Food maybe it is not our preferred taste. It is definitely not a buffet and we only eat once. You have alternative restaurants across the street or in the Great Wall commercial area but it is expensive. So will we recommend it, maybe. Yes, if you want a quiet place to unwind and want to explore the great wall for more than a day. no, if you want to explore beijing, it is far from the city and conscious of cleanliness and upkeep.

Not worth the price and disappointing - I booked this place after looking at the images on the website, they looked very convincing. So I booked it for me and my wife to spend a relaxing day looking at the peaceful mountains and forest. However those pictures were quite misleading. The hotel is a compound of lackluster buildings build to a mountain side right next to the road. The view is nothing like in the website photos but quite mediocre. The room was quite good and modern. Which was the only plus point. Also the smart toilet and bathroom with the bathtub was nice, but it was evident the hotel staff needs to learn more about housekeeping. It seems like they were penny pinching. The bedsheets had holes in them, no glasses to drink water, only two water bottles and only two packs of coffee. Very very disappointing for the price I paid for one night. Furthermore although it says 24 hours concierge service，after 9 pm they stop responding to messages on wechat. I asked in Chinese to send some water bottles and glasses but they didn't respond. Very unprofessional. The breakfast was also pretty basic. Not even fresh juice, just a typical Chinese breakfast you will find in any low budget hotel. The swimming pool was so so and dirty. Other amenities were for kids, so I can't comment on those. Overall the hotel is very mediocre and not worth the money they are charging per night. I won't recommend this place to anyone as there are better places around this area for lesser price.

Le personnel était serviable, mais l'immeuble en lui-même n'était pas terrible. Nous nous sommes d'abord trompés d'appartement pendant que la femme de ménage était là et avons essayé de contacter le propriétaire, mais il n'était pas disponible. Au début, l'entrée était compliquée, puis tout s'est bien passé.

L'appartement est un duplex à la décoration raffinée. Les appareils électroménagers sont de grandes marques. Il est doté d'une gestion intelligente et d'un système de climatisation très performant. Un service de sécurité est assuré 24h/24 à l'entrée et à la sortie. L'entrée est contrôlée par carte et l'accès est interdit aux personnes non autorisées. L'appartement est très sûr. Depuis le balcon, vous pourrez admirer la prospérité de Pékin. Le jardin d'observation est dynamique, l'air est pur et il y fait bon vivre. C'est chaleureux et confortable. Je suis très satisfait !
