J'y suis resté 7 jours consécutifs, puis je suis allé à Gubei Water Town où j'y suis resté une journée supplémentaire, soit 8 jours au total. Les avantages et les inconvénients sont évidents : 1. L'emplacement est excellent ! À ce prix, je trouve que vivre dans une maison neuve dans ce quartier est très rentable. Je la choisirai probablement lors de mon prochain séjour à Pékin. Cet emplacement est vraiment imbattable ! (Sortie Est de la rue Gulou). 2. Neuf. Il y a des avantages et des inconvénients. Comme il vient d'ouvrir (on dirait que c'est en mai 2025), l'odeur est encore très présente. Il y a encore des objets de décoration empilés en sortant de l'ascenseur aux troisième et quatrième étages, et le robot se bloque à l'entrée et à la sortie (je l'ai constaté de mes propres yeux). 3. La chambre est très petite. Les 18-20 m² indiqués sur Ctrip sont vraiment insuffisants. Nous nous sommes sentis un peu à l'étroit avec une grande et une petite valise. Nous pouvions à peine marcher avec deux grandes et une petite valises étalées. 4. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas assez varié, mais après quelques jours de repas, les sautés semblent constamment différents. Les nouilles sont maintenant très bonnes. 5. Nous avons séjourné dans deux chambres. La plinthe de la salle de bain de l'une était déjà corrodée. L'autre chambre semblait également corrodée, mais celle-ci a été repeinte. 6. On peut boire de l'eau à volonté, ce qui est un vrai plus ! 7. Les toilettes sont trop « sensibles » et la chasse d'eau doit se déclencher soudainement, ce qui est un peu agaçant. 8. Le volume de la télévision est très faible, et il faut trouver quelqu'un en bas pour le monter, ce qui est gênant. (Je comprends qu'ils craignent de déranger les autres clients, mais en fait, les cris dans le couloir sont également clairs.) 9. Je voudrais féliciter une jeune serveuse portant des lunettes au 4e étage. Elle est très perspicace et intelligente. Pourquoi ne reçoit-elle pas les clients à la réception ? Mais je ne l'ai vue que quelques jours, puis elle a été remplacée par une autre fille plus âgée. La dame derrière elle s'est sentie ridicule. Je n'avais pas besoin de faire le ménage. Tout au plus, j'ai changé un essuie-tout pour sortir les poubelles et demander de l'eau. Le serveur derrière m'a même tendu le sac poubelle et m'a demandé de le mettre moi-même ! Dans l'ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix reste bon.
