After being their guests for around 10 times in the last 5 years and spending a lot of money in the hotel, the clubhouse and the rest of their ammenities I will never visit them again after being treated terribly by some security guard today at the main entrance. We were told that because we decided to enter the premises of the complex by foot instead of by car we need to pay a fee for each member of our family (“each pedestrian” he told us) including our children that is almost 2 years old just to take a walk on the streets of the complex and drink coffee at the lobby. I have been to over 30 countries on 3 continents and countless hotels, some of them much more expensive and that’s the first time I was being charged for not using my car…

Not good at all. Avoid and save yourself from eating your money. The resort is far away from Bansko and is in the middle of nowhere. It is a small city, but extremely noisy at night due to the parties. The breakfast is basic and of poor quality. The service is worse than the breakfast and the rooms need repair. At both check in and check out the staff were rude, aloof and unhelpful. I was with a group of about 30 friends and although I paid the most, my room was in the basement, was smaller than everyone else's, had no WiFi connection, smelt of petrol fumes (?) Coffee pods in the roomare chargeable at €4.50, the shower dribbles and the floor towel on the bathroom is smaller than my feet. 2 Stars because the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. At this price level AVOID AVOID AVOID

Staying here for one week I can say the service at this hotel is great. The situation of the hotel is amazing and the restaurants are excellent May I say Hasi in the club house was great in terms of service many thanks.

We stayed there for just one night as we played some golf. It was a disappointing experience overall. The location of the hotel and the golf course is nice but that’s is all positive I can say. The town were the hotel is located looks as if the best times have been in the past. The hotel itself looks old but was clean. A total disappoin**ent was the food in the hotel. The breakfast as well as the dinner buffet was awful. The service not professional. No one at the bat in the evening. Overall in the resort the staff was not really friendly. The pools look nice online but in fact they were really small. Also the services and the condition of the golf course was not European tour destination standard.

My stay at Pirin Golf Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I entered, the luxurious ambiance and impeccable service left a lasting impression. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a perfect retreat, and the stunning views of nature added to the overall charm.

You won't regret if you book your holiday here. The best place, with so delicious food, clean and worm rooms and so so kind staff. I came in this hotel over and over for 6 years, and I won't change it for another.

terrible service, high prices, 3 coffees, water and 2 teas 70 BGN, crowded for New Year, 30 minutes waiting to check in, needs renovation, no free tables for breakfast, no one asks you do you need anything, the girls at the lobby bar are impolite.

No sign posting, whole place looks like a labirynth if you are there for the first time. Even reception has no posting, and as it is sideway to the main road, hard to find. A friend drove us to the place and was told if she does not leave within 10 to 15 min will be charged parking fee. We were placed in a room in Downtown 3 just above the disco club (apparently called piano bar melody) which seemed to work about 24 hrs. At 12 am the music was so loud I called reception and asked for assistance. They promised to help, but after one hour without any change I called them again and was told receptionist was alone and not able to come to the club. Instead he asked me to go down and ask for silence (!). I asked if I could have the room changed but needed help with a porter and some drive as the place is really huge. Not possible, had to come to reception, get the key and then move myself with all luggage and my 7 year old sleeping son to the new room. Not feasible at 1 am of course. I had to call 112 twice. As a result, after 2 am the music went slightly down. At 5.30 am I woke up, music was still being played.. Breakfast in the main restaurant average. French restaurant also average. The biggest problem of the place is that you need your room card to go through the hotel and spa area but if you are staying outside the hotel part your card does not work for the hotel and spa. You need another card for the spa which does not work everywhere. At 8.30 pm on our way out from the spa my son and I ended up locked in a tiny area about 4 Sq. M. with 3 doors which our two cards did not open. Dark, no people, hard to tell where you are. Luckily I had my phone with me so called reception to ask for help. We even did not know where we were. Very frustrated experience. Would not recommend this place at all.
