I have bought drinks from them in the evening, and asked them to bring some ice cubes to drink but they treated as if i have bought them from outside which made us feel pretty bad. Also there is no laptop working station in the room as they mentioned in pictures

Tv was not working. One of the balcony door was not getting locked

Worst hotel experience in my life. From the moment i called them to confirm, they kept reminding about check out. I arrived in the morning and a sleepy clerk reluctantly checked me in again reminding me about check out time. There was no tooth brush and paste and they even charged for it! they also cut a deal bypassing makemytrip so beware. Avoid like plague

Worst room maintenance and stinky bathrooms. Need to clean the commode properly. Wash basin was leaking

Room was okish, bathrooms are not clean and have bad odou, food can be improved a lot, room service is poor, servers don't even know 3 people are occupying a room and bring two plates without any spoons, we have to call them again and request for the same, lot of inconvenience for the people to call up room service for basic things again, breakfast is below average without any buffet, one coffee is served after 10 to 15 mins from the time of ordering, can happily skip this place and find a better restaurant for your stay

Room was very spacious and clean. The view from the balcony towards the fort was excellent. We got to witness the moon rise and brighten up the fort which was like once in a lifetime experience. Staff was friendly and the food was also good.
