We always stay at this hotel on our way to the Highlands and have a great experience. The staff are simply the best, showing genuine kindness. I had a bit of a problem yesterday - nothing to do with the hotel - that i simply didnt expect could be solved. However, the team on reception were proactive and went above and beyond to come up with a solution and I am eternally grateful. Thanks!

Great service and great, helpful staff like Christine at the reception desk, thanks for all your help and great experience. The breakfast was great including the helpful staff. A good nights sleep was achievable and the whole experience was better then my expectation.

Nice breakie and quiet room. The room could be doing with a make over as a bit run down but overall the staff were very friendly and always chatting away. It was a great stop over on the way back down from being up north. My only complaint was our room was near the end of the corridor so was a bit of a walk but apart from that it was a pleasant stay

Really comfy bed with friendly staff. We checked in early for an extra charge. Breakfast could have been a bit hotter but was tasty. Location was great for visiting family nearby. Would stay again as convenient

Was very good for the money. We just couldn't figure out how the heating was working. The room was a bit cold. Very clean and comfortable bed. The restaurant next to it well nice. If you fancy fast food then it's just opposite the hotel.

Well where do I start?? We had a room which was a long way from the check in reception. No fridge either, no shower only a bath which had a shower head but was a bit of a job to get into when you have Back trouble. I had a wee issue I went to the night porter to help me out with something and he didn't have a clue. I saw him cleaning some steps, I asked him to help me and he said that the steps were mere important and I had to wait.Then when we went to Reception to try and solve my issue it took like 25+ minutes I ended up telling the guy to leave it as he was clueless after making several calls to other hotels for help as he clearly could not work a computer.

Excellent as always, great hotel, perfectly situated for Glasgow and surrounding areas, we always stay here when visiting either Glasgow, Edinburgh or the nightlife.... the staff are second to non ...can not do enough for you , so helpful and friendly,, the pub attached is the same, good beer, good wine, food and staff are great .... bonus.. petrol station , shop, subway, mc Donald's, right in front of it... but does not cause any disruption whatsoever.... 100% recommended

Typical Premier Inn with all the modern comforts. I was travelling by Train and its not an easy walk from the station. More suited to drivers and is sited just off a main road roundabout. Room was a good size and easy to work in as I was away on business. Seems to provide good value for money if you need to be in this area.
