Il répond aux besoins d'un voyageur. Par exemple: douche chaude et lit confortable. Seulement une observation: fenêtres dehors sales, mais rien qui attrape le séjour. Tout est arrivé très bien! J'ai été à l'apto 1302( excellente hébergement)

Gostei muito da hospedagem. Custo x benefício ideal.Funcionários simpáticos. Café da manhã achei ótimo. Fui a trabalho. Pra descanso e deslocamento foi perfeito. Só senti falta de tomadas no quarto e o cobertor não estava com um cheiro agradável. Fica a poucos metros da praça 7. Usei o estacionamento conveniado , R$ 40,00 a diária com o desconto do hotel. Com certeza voltaria e indico.

hôtel bien situé dans le centre de BH. Bien proche de la place sept et parc municipal. Service: rapide et agréable. Chambre: large et propre. Parois sont sales . Y compris la de l'air conditionné. J'ai séjourné dans la chambre 814. Il a du bruit de la rue. Jusqu'au matin: OK. Chaque jour les mêmes choses. Pas de jus mais, refroidissement. Recevez des bus de voyages donc, le petit-déjeuner peut être très compliqué. Samedi matin hébergement nous restons sans manger quelques ingrédients, La loisir: j'ai utilisé la piscine. J'étais propre. Il n'a pas de stationnement. La nettoyage de la chambre a eu lieu tous les jours, mais il n'a pas mis de savon et de shampooing dans nos chambres. Très proche du shopping de la ville. En général, Je serais encore, mais je rechercherais d'autres hôtels avant de continuer avec ce.

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre de Belo Horizonte et dispose d'hébergements très anciens. Le service de la réception est un peu défaillant. La chambre que nous avons été était muouuito spacieux, un bon lit, l'air conditionné et bruyant. Baignoire avec bon espace et douche, cependant, l'eau passait sous la porte et inondait la baignoire. Le petit-déjeuner est tertiaire et raisonnable.

C'est bien au centre de la ville, alors la localisation est super convenable. Bien que ce n'est pas nouveau, l'hôtel a été partiellement réformé, alors il n'avait pas cet aspect de très ancien. Malheureusement, ils n'ont pas pensé à prendre la retraite, il y avait peu dans la chambre et dans des endroits inconvenants. Mais la chambre était spacieuse, un peu plus grande que la moyenne. Le petit-déjeuner est simple, mais suffisant. Le grand désavantage est le stationnement: extrêmement étroite et horrible de manœuvre. Il est préférable de rechercher un autre stationnement dans les environs.

Nous aimerons notre séjour. Gentils et performants fonctionnaires. Chambre simple, mais propre et de bonne taille. Excellent petit-déjeuner inclus dans le quotidien. Excellent emplacement, près de points de tourisme, bars et restaurants. Manobriste gratuit. Excellent coût/bénéfice.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood where there are many small shops and restaurants. Nice modern design. Small pool on rooftop. Very good breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a lot of space. I recommend the junior suite as they are even more spacious. Most staff members are really nice. They do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had some small hiccups but I really appreciate their efforts to overcome these small issues. Some staff members do not speak English but you still can manage. Thanks to all the staff members and managers (Jessica, Lidia, Daniel etc.) who helped me have a great stay.

La chambre est spacieuse, le lit est très confortable, la vue de la chambre est belle. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée 2 fois même après avoir été demandée. La chambre est un peu trop ”bar” et sombre à la nuit même avec toutes les lumières. De plus, avec presque aucune attractivité et salle de bains trop basique.

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME.
