I have stayed twice in this hotel. One in August 2021 during my quarantine and second stay in September 2021 on my way back to Dubai. The hotel and the entire team delivered extremely high level of service and everyone went above and beyond their normal scope of duty to make every guest happy. They organized my PCR test in house and the result delivered less than 12 hours to my room. I would like to thank every member of the team from favehotel Bandara for their genuine hospitality and my sincere gratitude to Ms. Sri from Sales depar**ent who was available 24/7 for every inquiries i had and she did every possible thing to assist me right from making a reservation, PCR test, late check out request, laundry etc. She was my single point of contact and her response to my request was seamlessly. Also Mr. AHMAL and the FO team, Housekeeping team, Room service team they are truly professional hotelier. Thank you favehotel Bandara for the outstanding service. Kudos to everyone. Looking forward to staying again in the near future. Not to forget to mention that the hotel follow strictly COVID19 protocol at all times. I highly recommend this hotel and DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY the big brand nor the star rating as they dont guarantee a quality of service.
