Great, thanks for the details! Here’s a review based on your feedback: --- I recently had an excellent stay at 7Stonez Suites GEO38 Genting Highlands. The overall experience was fantastic, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to grocery stores and food stalls nearby. The suite was in pristine condition and very clean, earning a solid 5/5 from me. All the amenities, including the pool, gym, and Wi-Fi, met my expectations perfectly. One minor downside was the check-in process, which was a bit slow. Additionally, a RM200 deposit was required, and they photocopied our IDs. However, this did not significantly affect my stay. I highly recommend this place for a staycation. The apartment has two rooms, a kitchen for cooking, and facilities for washing and drying clothes, which makes it incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely consider returning.

Pros: The location of residence is strategic as they have a linked bridge to eateries (mamak, cafe, many Chinese shop), convenience store, mart (7-11, KK, 99 Speedmart, family mart), petrol station (Petron). Somehow, it can be very silent and dark at night when walking at the bridge. The cleanliness of room is fair but could improve more as the sofa/couch is dusty and torn (I even had insect bites when sitting) but they cover up with a large cloth. The kitchenette had everything from utensils (spoon, fork, knife, scissors). It's equipped with an induction stove, a hood, a microwave, a refrigerator, big sink, dish soap, and a sponge. There was a cloth, but I knew it was not clean for ages because I almost fainted due to the smell, I had to wash it a number of times before using or else you could bring your own kitchen towel. There is also washing machine that has drying option, detergent powder, broom, dustpan, mop and a small portable clothesline. There is heater available but sometimes it goes off I doubt they have timer for the heater. The room was nice, but blankets and pillows are not properly washed and cleaned, it's obvious. The hall had TV box. They also had strong Wi-Fi connection. The hall also had small but wide coffee table, round dining table and chairs.The service from front office(maplehome) was nice and pleasant, one of them attended us was new or he was a trainee, but he still attends us well. The residence has a big swimming pool, child's swimming pool, a small exercise area, a small children's playground, a room with only one table tennis/ping pong table and a gym. The gym is quite a disappointment because there was 4 treadmill and 2 is not in service. One is showing error and one more couldn't even turn on (I have switched on all the plugs). The other machine was okay but only one or two can be used. The weight machine and others were very rusty and had no maintenance and cleaning. The only thing you can use is the dumbbell or weight, but it is also rusty. The lights can be turned on, but the fan couldn't so there was no ventilation, and I couldn't be in for more than 20 minutes. The sauna was in the washroom of the G(ground) floor, and it was not very safe as it is quite isolated from the security if anything happens, and it was locked because you need to inform the security and give your room details for them to record the usage of sauna. Cons: The main minus point in this residence is their elevator/lift. There were only 4 lifts in the whole block/tower with 38 floors. One of the lifts is under maintenance or I believe they it shut down, (tactics used by all residence/hotel to save electricity). The other 3 lifts were occupied every time. But the only thing I can't take it was during the checkout (on Sunday). Checkout time is 11am??? The number of people checking out is a lot and the lift will not stop until it reaches the top (38th floor). For your info, the lift stops at each level going up and going down. For example, I was on the 10th floor, and I could not go down as it have to go up first and then it opens at each floor until the top (38th). When it was going down, it opens again at each floor. So, I was stucked in the lift with no ventilation for about 30 mins, and I waited for the elevator for 20 mins. So, it's about an hour. We also chatted among the guest in elevator and all of them face the same struggle. Everyone waited for almost an hour for the elevator and mind you if we take the staircase, it is only accessible until G floor meanwhile the lobby is at the L7 floor (lower 7, lower than G floor). So, there is no way but to take the elevator. Next, is the environment that is silent and not much movement especially during the night which gives off creepy vibes. Furthermore, I did find a tiny baby cockroach under the shoe rack but I'm afraid it came from outside at the washing machine area.

The places is not as advertised and i am so disappointed. And the location is far from other hotels and shops. Quite secluded and the road is full of pot holes as the area is near construction area.

Distance de l'hôtel à Skyavenue autour de 20-30 minutes de route ou vous pouvez demander un bus de navette à partir du compteur. rm20 par personne. L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Le plus excitant de mon séjour dans les scapes est leur étonnant petit déjeuner. Une grande variété de nourriture servie même pendant une semaine. Avantages L'hôtel est idéal pour les familles. Nous avons réservé la chambre six car la chambre quadruple a été évaluée par d'autres clients comme étant loin du hall. Notre chambre six était juste au-dessus du hall au niveau 2. L'espace était suffisant pour notre famille de 5 personnes avec un enfant en bas âge et nous avions une chambre communicante. Notre chambre avait un lit superposé. Donc au total, il y avait 3 grands lits. 2 lits en bas et 1 sur le lit superposé. En ce qui concerne l'emplacement, c'est très pratique car les parcs à thème, les restaurants et le supermarché se trouvent juste en face de l'hôtel. Il y a aussi une petite aire de jeux pour les enfants à la réception du hall. Les inconvénients La salle de bain dispose d'une cabine séparée pour toilettes et douche. Mais la salle de bain n'a pas de porte ! Vous devrez vous changer dans la cabine de douche. Je n'ai jamais séjourné dans un hôtel où la salle de bain n'a pas de porte, donc si vous séjournez avec un grand groupe, soyez prêt ? La chambre n'a pas de ventilateur mais il fait froid dehors, donc ce n'est pas un problème pour nous pendant notre séjour. L'emplacement du buffet du petit-déjeuner n'est pas dans l'hôtel. Il se trouve dans les locaux du parc à thème couvert, vous devez donc marcher 10 à 15 minutes pour le petit-déjeuner. Sinon super séjour pour les familles et prix raisonnable aussi si vous partagez.

Votre client vous demande des informations , donc s' il vous plaît entendre ce que votre client demande & s' il vous plaît ne pas agir comme un sourd 🤦🏻♀️

La chambre est grande mais n'est pas bien entretenue. Beaucoup de prises ne fonctionnent pas. Le compresseur d'Air-corn sonne très fort. J'espère que ce problème pourra être résolu, alors ce sera parfait. Le personnel est poli et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bon aussi. Nous aimons l'environnement là-bas. Très relaxant.

Staying for a night for tbe experience is ok. Very little to do round about. Plus the food options are very limited. Pros: Spacious room overlooking the mountains and forest. Bed is soft and comfy. Breakfast, served at La Blason (Carmelia) is ok. There is noodle prepared on the spot, porridge, nasi lemak, 6 varieties of bread and a host of other items. Note: coffee is not machine prepared Swimming pool is not crowded but tne cracked tiles make it not presentable. Cons: Bathroom isn't too well scrubbed with stain and dirt, showing sign of age. There is no powerpoint nor side tables by the bedside, very inconvenient. There is no master switch for the lights by the bed side either. The power socket is beneath the table, very inconvenient. I have to leave the electric kettle on the floor while boiling as the cable is too short. Very limited TV channels. It is not a smart TV.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for a night with our family. Overall was okay, the front office staffs were very nice and friendly, the checked in process is basically flawless. The F&B staff were really friendly especially those staffs at the pool area. We enjoyed our stay but the room I stayed in has no items at the mini bar, I called the room service a few times to asked for the items but they just simply sent me a few items despite I was only asking for tea bags. Also the cups was not washed at all, coffee stained was still on the cups, i have to wash it with boiling waster and i can see the water turned brown after I poured it into the cups. Another thing is We asked for an extra bed, but no extra amenities (toothbrush and others) was provided, again I need to call the to provide it. Overall the stay was okay. I think the housekeeping department really need to pay more attention to details and not to mentioned the person who picked up my call when i asked for extra amenities and tea bags was rather unfriendly.
