Nous passons un bon séjour dans cet hôtel.. mais en raison de l'effet de la pandémie de covid, la plupart des installations ne sont pas disponibles ou ont un temps limité.
Choix limité pour le petit déjeuner aussi

Arrivez le soir avec un seul réceptionniste là-bas. . chantier de construction autour de l'hôtel et le matin, vous commencez à entendre qu'ils travaillent. La propreté tellement tellement. . assurez-vous de manger tôt. . le service en chambre s'arrête à 21 heures car pendemik.

Everything provided in the room are ok n function well, hotel is clean. However the road that leads to the hotel is badly dirtied by the construction site which is just in front of the hotel, n the much taller under construction building is blocking the view from this hotel.

Hotel location is not too bad considering it’s just less than 10min drive from genting theme park. However if there are no grab service then it will be a bit inconvenient. Basic amenities are just ok. No spoons provided for coffee making and in room refrigerator is spoilt.

Driving distance to first world takes up to 15 mins,hotel provides shuttles bus with fee to genting .

This is not my first time staying at this hotel. I think it's been more than 3 times. But after a long time, I returned to stay here and was quite surprised to find too many changes, especially the lobby which is on the 3rd floor. It's quite complicated actually but I'm still satisfied with the room I stayed in.
A little warning to the security there so that they don't be rude by driving away our car that stopped by the side for a while on the orders of the hotel management. We do not accept the rude attitude of knocking on our car window. We heard instructions from the hotel, which is your own boss. Just because we are local, we receive different treatment. Thankfully we are not a family that likes to go viral. Your dignity is still preserved.

First of all, this is a very bad and disappointed stay! We booked 2 nights amd checked in about 9pm and settled at about 12am. while we checked out 2nd morning even they upgraded our room finally. If we may check out immediately if we check in earlier.
We indicated we have 3 persons while they provide 2 single beds, each one only 1 meter wide. All other things, slipper, tower, toothbrush. etc are for 2 persons. When requested extra bed, then only gave a flexible single bed, no cotton-padded matress, no quilt. After we challenged them how prepare our room like this, they said "we followed your agent instruction, pls check with your agent".
This is a fake 5 star hotel, actually lower than 3 star. When we questioned this, they told us recently there are 3 hotels merging together, one of them is 5 star. Then we noted the name of "G-LUXE By Gloria" is printed on several things, soar, bag.
Reception is difficult to find and didn't provide receipt for your paying.
All facilities seems long time no using or no good maintenance.
Breakfast is below average and shuttle bus is RM6/person if you book online and RM7 if you buy at counter. Because we checked out one day early, and they refuse to refund the shuttle bus fee even we bought them at counter.

This is my 2nd time booking at the hotel. My 1st experience was better🤣 The new layout of the hotel is quite confusing at first. Service was mid. Location was at the top of genting highlands. However, I wish the transport/shuttle service can be improved. My first time at this hotel, I drived in. Therefore, I do not have any issues with transportation. My 2nd time here I've decided to make use of the hotel's shuttle service. Overall, i would rate this hotel 4/5 for its location and cleanliness.

1. Good location and great weather.
2. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and quick,as it's all automated via the system.
3. Breakfast is good and has a fair bit of options.
4. The room was not clean, is dirty and the toilet very smily, but the bed comfortable.
