Staying for a night for tbe experience is ok. Very little to do round about. Plus the food options are very limited.
Pros:
Spacious room overlooking the mountains and forest. Bed is soft and comfy.
Breakfast, served at La Blason (Carmelia) is ok. There is noodle prepared on the spot, porridge, nasi lemak, 6 varieties of bread and a host of other items. Note: coffee is not machine prepared
Swimming pool is not crowded but tne cracked tiles make it not presentable.
Cons:
Bathroom isn't too well scrubbed with stain and dirt, showing sign of age.
There is no powerpoint nor side tables by the bedside, very inconvenient. There is no master switch for the lights by the bed side either.
The power socket is beneath the table, very inconvenient. I have to leave the electric kettle on the floor while boiling as the cable is too short.
Very limited TV channels. It is not a smart TV.

La chambre est grande mais n'est pas bien entretenue. Beaucoup de prises ne fonctionnent pas. Le compresseur d'Air-corn sonne très fort. J'espère que ce problème pourra être résolu, alors ce sera parfait. Le personnel est poli et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bon aussi. Nous aimons l'environnement là-bas. Très relaxant.

The hotel rooms were great. We were treated with njce desserts upon arrival and when we checked in to our rooms. The hotel gave desserts on our second day when we came back after dinner. The desserts were delicious. We also had a good night sleep as the beds were so comfy.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié la session de la nuit, en particulier la piscine Sakura, qui était une pièce d'art de beauté. Les autres piscines étaient également uniques, 1 avec nano bubble que nous avons été dits a été importé du Japon. Après avoir souillé, il a fait de notre peau plus souple. Nous avons également apprécié l'autre piscine près de la fenêtre qui était à la plus haute température. Le vent froid brise à l'entrée de la fenêtre nous a fait sentir si relax et confortable. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel a offert un excellent service. Merci à leurs agents d'hospitalité dédiés. Nous avons aussi eu un bon sommeil sur le lit confortable. Pour ceux qui voulaient une vacance relaxante et pas trop loin du monde de divertissement de Genting Resorts, l'hôtel Yanné Onsen est une excellente option.

Nous avons séjourné à la Villa pour une famille de 4 personnes - c'était spacieux, confortable, propre et a eu un beau paysage à partir du balcon. Le petit déjeuner buffet de l'hôtel était agréable avec des variétés et le personnel de service était également amiable. Le site de la ville est très bien conçu et très bien conçu pour être en contact avec les chaises à roues et les enfants avec les pentes. La voie était aussi sûre, comme d'autres personnels de l'hôtel (hommes) sont venus de jouer le rôle de gardiens et ont aidé à la sécurité ainsi que le voyage de boulot ! Nous avons eu l'occasion de monter jusqu'à la chute dans le cadre de la voie de l'eau potable et c'était une expérience d'ouverture des yeux. Globalement, nous avons apprécié et apprécié toute l'expérience et nous reviendrons! (Ps: Autres voies se ouvriront en juin prochain!) 👏😍

The places is not as advertised and i am so disappointed. And the location is far from other hotels and shops. Quite secluded and the road is full of pot holes as the area is near construction area.

I recently had an excellent stay at 7Stonez Suites GEO38 Genting Highlands. The overall experience was fantastic, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to grocery stores and food stalls nearby.
The suite was in pristine condition and very clean, earning a solid 5/5 from me. All the amenities, including the pool, gym, and Wi-Fi, met my expectations perfectly.
One minor downside was the check-in process, which was a bit slow. Additionally, a RM200 deposit was required, and they photocopied our IDs. However, this did not significantly affect my stay.
I highly recommend this place for a staycation. The apartment has two rooms, a kitchen for cooking, and facilities for washing and drying clothes, which makes it incredibly convenient.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely consider returning.

WwawacunFrom the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting. The family room that we booked was spacious and clean with comfortable double beds and linens. The room was overlooking the ocean which had a fabulous view. There is a kettle, a small fridge and a large TV which we loved. The bathroom was nicely decorated with unique tiles. They provided plush towels and top of the line toiletry sets which they would replace every day.

AAinina_MPros: The location of residence is strategic as they have a linked bridge to eateries (mamak, cafe, many Chinese shop), convenience store, mart (7-11, KK, 99 Speedmart, family mart), petrol station (Petron). Somehow, it can be very silent and dark at night when walking at the bridge. The cleanliness of room is fair but could improve more as the sofa/couch is dusty and torn (I even had insect bites when sitting) but they cover up with a large cloth. The kitchenette had everything from utensils (spoon, fork, knife, scissors). It's equipped with an induction stove, a hood, a microwave, a refrigerator, big sink, dish soap, and a sponge. There was a cloth, but I knew it was not clean for ages because I almost fainted due to the smell, I had to wash it a number of times before using or else you could bring your own kitchen towel. There is also washing machine that has drying option, detergent powder, broom, dustpan, mop and a small portable clothesline. There is heater available but sometimes it goes off I doubt they have timer for the heater. The room was nice, but blankets and pillows are not properly washed and cleaned, it's obvious. The hall had TV box. They also had strong Wi-Fi connection. The hall also had small but wide coffee table, round dining table and chairs.The service from front office(maplehome) was nice and pleasant, one of them attended us was new or he was a trainee, but he still attends us well. The residence has a big swimming pool, child's swimming pool, a small exercise area, a small children's playground, a room with only one table tennis/ping pong table and a gym. The gym is quite a disappointment because there was 4 treadmill and 2 is not in service. One is showing error and one more couldn't even turn on (I have switched on all the plugs). The other machine was okay but only one or two can be used. The weight machine and others were very rusty and had no maintenance and cleaning. The only thing you can use is the dumbbell or weight, but it is also rusty. The lights can be turned on, but the fan couldn't so there was no ventilation, and I couldn't be in for more than 20 minutes. The sauna was in the washroom of the G(ground) floor, and it was not very safe as it is quite isolated from the security if anything happens, and it was locked because you need to inform the security and give your room details for them to record the usage of sauna.
Cons: The main minus point in this residence is their elevator/lift. There were only 4 lifts in the whole block/tower with 38 floors. One of the lifts is under maintenance or I believe they it shut down, (tactics used by all residence/hotel to save electricity). The other 3 lifts were occupied every time. But the only thing I can't take it was during the checkout (on Sunday). Checkout time is 11am??? The number of people checking out is a lot and the lift will not stop until it reaches the top (38th floor). For your info, the lift stops at each level going up and going down. For example, I was on the 10th floor, and I could not go down as it have to go up first and then it opens at each floor until the top (38th). When it was going down, it opens again at each floor. So, I was stucked in the lift with no ventilation for about 30 mins, and I waited for the elevator for 20 mins. So, it's about an hour. We also chatted among the guest in elevator and all of them face the same struggle. Everyone waited for almost an hour for the elevator and mind you if we take the staircase, it is only accessible until G floor meanwhile the lobby is at the L7 floor (lower 7, lower than G floor). So, there is no way but to take the elevator. Next, is the environment that is silent and not much movement especially during the night which gives off creepy vibes. Furthermore, I did find a tiny baby cockroach under the shoe rack but I'm afraid it came from outside at the washing machine area.

Le plus excitant de mon séjour dans les scapes est leur étonnant petit déjeuner. Une grande variété de nourriture servie même pendant une semaine. De Nasi Lemak, noodles, Porridge à un grand choix de pâte, pain, waffle, croissant. Ils ont également servi de glace pour le petit déjeuner, Je suis si heureuse.

L'hôtel est idéal pour les familles. Nous avons réservé la chambre six car la chambre quadruple a été évaluée par d'autres clients comme étant loin du hall.
Notre chambre six était juste au-dessus du hall au niveau 2. L'espace était suffisant pour notre famille de 5 personnes avec un enfant en bas âge et nous avions une chambre communicante. Notre chambre avait un lit superposé. Donc au total, il y avait 3 grands lits. 2 lits en bas et 1 sur le lit superposé.
En ce qui concerne l'emplacement, c'est très pratique car les parcs à thème, les restaurants et le supermarché se trouvent juste en face de l'hôtel.
Il y a aussi une petite aire de jeux pour les enfants à la réception du hall.
Les inconvénients
La salle de bain dispose d'une cabine séparée pour toilettes et douche. Mais la salle de bain n'a pas de porte !
Vous devrez vous changer dans la cabine de douche. Je n'ai jamais séjourné dans un hôtel où la salle de bain n'a pas de porte, donc si vous séjournez avec un grand groupe, soyez prêt ?
La chambre n'a pas de ventilateur mais il fait froid dehors, donc ce n'est pas un problème pour nous pendant notre séjour.
L'emplacement du buffet du petit-déjeuner n'est pas dans l'hôtel. Il se trouve dans les locaux du parc à thème couvert, vous devez donc marcher 10 à 15 minutes pour le petit-déjeuner.
Sinon super séjour pour les familles et prix raisonnable aussi si vous partagez.

JJarref86Overall it was a nice stay despite a misscommunication problem during check in. Yes a bit noisy as there is construction going on next building. View wise depends on which tower you are staying. It is recommended to have your own car as free parking will be provided.
Once you arrive just enter the multiple storey parking area. Find the lift and go to level 7( equivalent to level 3 from other tower). This is where all the tower get connected to each other. Then proceed to tower 2 ( follow signage ) then find lift to go down to level G ( lobby area ) .

Mon séjour récent à GEO38 Prime Suites Genting Highlands, sous la gestion efficace de Stone7, n'était rien d'exceptionnel.
Le processus de dépôt RM200 a été simple et sans problème, reflétant le professionnalisme qui s'est étendu tout au long de ma expérience. L'espace de stationnement individuel attribué à chaque unité s'est avéré un confort rare et précieux, assurant un parking sûr et facilement accessible.
L'une des caractéristiques de la situation était la fourniture d'une carte d'accès pour chaque maison, qui a non seulement renforcé la sécurité, mais a également rationalisé l'accès, ce qui a permis de faire preuve d'exclusivité et de confidentialité.
Les suites elles-mêmes étaient un testement de confort et de style.
Le site de GEO38 Prime Suites a permis de voir les hautes terres de Genting, créant un cadre pittoresque pour toute la durée de la séjour.
Tout au long de mon séjour, l'équipe de gestion Stone7 a fait preuve de professionnalisme et d'attention.
En conclusion, GEO38 Prime Suites Genting Highlands, gérées par Stone7, offre une combinaison parfaite de confort, de convenance et d'un touche de luxe. De l'espace de stationnement individuel aux suites bien entretenues, il est une excellente option pour ceux qui cherchent un séjour élevé dans les Highlands de Genting.

But after a long time, I returned to stay here and was quite surprised to find too many changes, especially the lobby which is on the 3rd floor. It's quite complicated actually but I'm still satisfied with the room I stayed in.
A little warning to the security there so that they don't be rude by driving away our car that stopped by the side for a while on the orders of the hotel management. We do not accept the rude attitude of knocking on our car window. We heard instructions from the hotel, which is your own boss. Just because we are local, we receive different treatment. Thankfully we are not a family that likes to go viral. Your dignity is still preserved.

Il suffit d'avoir de l'argent et de choisir. Planifiez vos journées avec ce que vous voulez faire ou ******** votre temps libre. First World Hotel... la chambre de luxe était bien pour 2 personnes. C'est bien de se détendre et de jouer avec votre téléphone portable. Il y avait du savon et des serviettes dans la chambre. Bien sûr, vous pouvez apporter le vôtre car First World est un vieil hôtel.

IInvitéThe location is about 1.4km to sky world and this is the reason we chose this place. The small route leading to this place is narrow and foggy so advise to drive when the sky is still bright. The check in process was a pain. No clear instruction when booking with Maplehome. We travelled with 2 elderly and 2 small kids. There are many blocks at ion delement. Upon arrival, I called them on check in process and I was asked to park at car park and go to level 3 for check in. They didn’t inform we are supposed to park at level 3 and check in at level 3 car park. So all of us dragging the luggage went to level 7. And called them again, went back to level 3, get the key, went to level 7 because family is waiting there not knowing where to go, went to grd floor of tower 1 and have to asked again then gotta walk outdoor to tower 2 on a very slippery walkway, then reach your place. It was a joke. Customer service is not doing a great job.
The place- it was spacious and ok. Sewerage smell is strong in kitchen and living hall. No dishwashing detergent provided so we didn’t use the glass. Heater not working after 3 persons used for 5 mins each. Good that there is en suite bathroom for the 2 bedrooms apartment we booked. Didn’t use the balcony as the weather was wet and cold so the floor was wet. TV has limited choice. Good that there is kids channel to keep the kids entertained. There were some small dirty stain on the wall. At night, the wind was strong so the room door keeps making sound even if it’s closed. Dogs were barking almost all night long.
- breakfast is not included if you booked with maplehome. If want to have breakfast, suggest to book direct with ion delement. We have to pay rm60 per person and rm30 per adult. However. It was the worst breakfast I had in my life- sausage was sour, ham soaked in water, people used hand to take bread, coffee not refilled in machine and doesn’t tastes good,
. Just take the egg. The restaurant should be rated as no star. Not hygienic, no passion and a pure mess. There is a small cafe opposite the restaurant. Suggest to try that if you happen to be there.
Wouldn’t return here again.
