"C'est le pire hôtel dans lequel j'ai jamais séjourné, sans exception. Les taches de sueur sur l'oreiller sont trop évidentes et jaunes. Peu importe si elles ne peuvent pas être nettoyées, mais la baignoire peut toujours être nettoyée. La boue frottée par le client précédent est bien visible autour du drain. Cela me fait malade rien que de le regarder. La couette sent le moisi quand je dors. , et c'était très humide. Je ne me suis pas couvert de couette pendant une nuit. Je ne pouvais pas le supporter après avoir dormi pendant cinq ou six heures. Je Je suis parti tôt le matin. Cela ne valait pas le prix et ce n'était pas du tout un hôtel. Même si l'attitude du service à la réception était bonne. , mais je ne reviendrai certainement pas ici. "This hotel seems to be the biggest one around. The front desk staff, especially one lady, was incredibly nice and thoughtful. Since we were traveling with a child, she even upgraded our room, which was a lovely touch. The hotel's location is also great; it's very close to the Water Caves and convenient for driving to Guanshan Lake. It's also not far from Xiaoshi. It would be even better if the breakfast selection was richer. Adding butter for the toast and coffee from a coffee machine would be a fantastic improvement!"

"The hotel room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I was concerned that not having a window would be an issue, but the air conditioner controls were specific to the room, and I had one of the best nights' sleep I have had in a hotel room. The breakfast included in the price was delicious, with a nice range of foods to eat. This hotel was very good value for money. The Hotel is literally across the road from Benxi Railway Station, so it is very convenient for travellers."

"The hotel had just opened, and the main building wasn't occupied yet. I chose a two-night stay in Lakeside Capsule Room 02. It was described as having a king-size bed (1.8 meters), but the front desk provided two capsules, one large and one small. The large room had a 1.8-meter bed, while the smaller room had a mere 1.5-meter bed. Because of the lakefront location, we were infested with mosquitoes and flies, and the projectors in both rooms didn't work. The next day, thanks to a guy at the front desk, we were able to move them to a room with a projector, which finally allowed our bored kids to watch some cartoons. The breakfast was plentiful and perfect for the whole family. If you have any suggestions, please add a coffee. ☕️ I wish the hotel continued success."
