Avis : Hana Beppu

Great experience. First stay in the hotel where our door shoes can not be worn. Liked the room, comfortable bed. English via translators only though. Indoor and outdoor hot springs. Private parking, attentive staff.

Perfect service, beautiful and large rooms, and in- plus outdoor onsen.

Ryokan staff was super attentive and promptly responds to our needs. We enjoyed the onsen and the wholesome and tasty breakfast they have prepared for us. The stay was so enjoyable and we will definitely stay here again if we are back in Beppu.

Small hostel but so cosy the staffs are very kind and helpful. Rooms are excellent tidy & clean. Although hot spring is not too big, it is clean & enough amenities are prepared. I highly recommend this hostel if you stay in Beppu area.

The room is extremely comfortable and clean. The onsen is very nice too.

由別府駅到花別府酒店非常方便，步行約6分鐘。 酒店環境非優雅舒適，是一個休息放鬆的好地方。服務員非常細心，房間整潔乾淨。酒店温泉整潔衞生，設備完善，是一個放鬆的好地方。 酒店步行至別府非常方便，公園很大，清幽怡神。

首先，酒店位置很好，從別府站出來直行幾分種即到，因早到，要3點才入住，寄好行李又到別府站巴士站乘公交遊覽了海地獄和血池地獄才取了行李去酒店，走幾分種很方便。其次，酒店超乾淨，精緻，温泉也很好，值得一試。如果到別府還想嘗試砂浴等，距離也是步行可到。這家酒店性價比高，值得一住。

非常日式，服務到位，箱子有專人送到房間，還幫你清潔一下，進門開始就不穿鞋，全部地板都鋪了席子，温泉洗澡的地方也是，很高大上的感覺，晚餐早餐是定製餐單，標準日式服務，贊👍

旅館位置非常近別府JR站，出站直走5-8分鐘。 旅館內所有地方都不穿鞋，但很乾淨，內部裝修跟官方提供照片一樣，很精緻。 這次選擇了一泊二食，餐點很驚喜，擺盤很漂亮又美味。 溫泉方面，由於客房不多，住戶也不多，基本上是包場，私隱度高，室外溫泉很舒服。 強烈推薦將到訪別府的遊客，這是我住過最滿意的溫泉旅館之一！ Hana Beppu located only walk 5-8 minutes from the Beppu JR station. No shoes in Hana Beppu while it’s clean and sophisticated, it look exactly the same as the website photos. The outdoor onsen is amazing, and there’s not many residents which is good privacy. The meal is very delicious and beautiful. I highly recommend the stay in Hana Beppu and it’s the best Onsen hotel I’ve ever stayed!

這次出行中，住的最舒適最喜歡的一家旅館，位置裏別府站很近，走路小爬坡10分鐘就到了。 傳統的日式旅館，入門需要脱鞋，行李箱給到服務員check in後會幫忙擦乾淨放到客房內；客房大小和佈局乾濕分離都很合理，温泉也很好，公湯晚上沒人，間接包場了；大堂有免費的小食咖啡，製冰機和自動販賣機也是標配，贈送的飲品還有和果子味道也很好；沒有體驗晚餐但體驗了早餐，傳統日式早餐，味道也可以。 小遺憾就是客房沒什麼風景，算是別府住的3家裡最喜歡的一家。

定了一泊二食 優點：小而精緻的日式酒店，房間不多 很乾凈，一對一服務很細緻，事無鉅細連應急的逃生通道全部介紹的清清楚楚 設施：温泉三個池子。 床鋪睡的非常舒服 缺點：看得出店家為了讓客人體驗感比較好還是下課功夫的比如用餐錯峯，入住時就提前預約了就餐時間。但是餐食口味有待提高，尤其是晚餐。數量不少，口味真的justsoso。早餐是日式簡餐，本人對日餐接受程度還比較高，覺得還行

房間很大，乾濕分離，日式酒店要脱鞋，整個酒店設計很不錯，也有泡湯，早晚都可以泡湯，行程太趕沒體驗抹茶活動
